I got this on 12/20/22 & it just stopped working the other day!! I got regular one on 08/06/20 & 5 years later it’s still going strong!! I started not to get these drills because they are cheap, but I’m glad I did because they are well worth the money!! Getting another one because the vibration is smooth.

The perfect Nail Drill! Very easy to use and works perfectly. The drill has as up to 30 levels of speed and accelerates very gradually from level to level. Very light weight and compact, and comes in very organized packaging. The instruction manual is very useful, it comes with not only instructions for how to use and set up the drill but ways to maintain and ensure the longevity of the product. It goes over proper use, maintenance, charging, etc. The only thing i wish it would elaborate more on in the manual is the cleaning of the drill, but id much rather have the "Problem and Terms of Settlement" section than that bit of information I could just look up. Overall, great nail drill, especially for me being a beginner.

this machine has it pro and corn.Pro: light weight , less noise , easy to use for beginner.Corn: the bib head that come with it is useless (trash not usable) you need to buy the professional head to replace it order for it to work with your nailsAfter 3 moth the battery no longer work you need to keep it plug in order to use it. I bought 4 machine only one still working but you need to keep charging it . The battery use to last 6 to 8 hour that make it easy for us to carry it with use from station to station. if you are a nails tech who need to carry it around it may not be the one for you. I will update later if the battery is completely dead for now as long as I plug it on the machine still working if I take it our the machine will be dead in less than 5 minutes. what a bummer .11/01/2019. i am updating my review to 5 stars because the professional and caring from the company. They reach out to me ( not the other way around) they send me the email to find out what they can do to rectify the problem as it is not usual issue for that reason they offer to back 99% if i would use the money to buy a a new machine to try again, for that reason i am very happy and will buy additional one for my sister because of their customer service.

I’ve been doing nails since 2020, I’ve bought multiple drills in the past & they either completely stopped working after a few uses or weren’t good quality. I bought this nail drill in 2021, and have never had issues with it until November of 2024. The drill is sleek, portable, is very powerful, & isn’t loud! The battery life is also great , I wouldn’t have to charge it all the time compared to previous drills. It lasted me years without any issues. Recently, when trying to use it , the drill would randomly stop in the middle of a set, but if I position it in a certain way, it’ll start working again. It may be the handpiece that’s the issue, but not sure. I was surprised that it lasted me this long, I will probably upgrade to one of their newer drills. Regardless, I think that this drill is great & beginner friendly. Great investment.

I’ve been doing nails since 2014, and I’ve been a licensed nail tech for a couple years now. I went through so so soooo many drills, but this one right here the white one to be exact has been a champ! I’ve done nails back to back and after having it for about 5 years now the cord of the handpiece itself is finally going out. Like I’ve said she’s been a champ and the battery lasts a long time! I’m finally going to get a whole new one to have the old one as a backup. I love it!

I purchased this drill last year April. Used it a few times, As I am a beginner nail tech... I've had other drills, but this one was by far, the best... However, the hand held piece started to malfunction, I can only hold it at an angle for it to work, sometimes it doesn't work at all... I've recently started getting more clients now and this is when it failed me...Updated: So I contacted the brand and they reached out to me promptly and offered to send me a new hand piece... I am waiting to receive it, so as soon as I do, I will leave another update. Thank you Sherry, you're awesome!UPDATE: Sorry for the long awaited update, but I received a new hand piece drill from the 27th of February, I must say that was very quick. The drill is working absolutely great and it's doing exactly what it's supposed to do. I am really loving it!

This is a very nice drill, so when it broke within a few months I was a bit upset. I reached out to customer service & thankfully they were nice enough to send me a replacement!
