Made excellent grill chicken in 50 minutes. See the picture 😁. There are some little design flaws which I will ignore due to the cheap price and the fact that I don't just switch it on and leave it unattended.. As i monitor it through out, the litte design flaws are not troubling me.

The handle of the OTG came out within 15days of purchase. On requesting for service request Inalsa was able to provide service after 2 weeks of requesting service. And they charged for that handle and still the engineer could not fix the handle

We love having this in our kitchen, it looks so stylish! Very sleek modern design, and the body has a smooth brushed metal look, not the matte look as in the images here, looks very classy.Coming to the functions, it has everything needed for baking and grilling, including a convection fan and a powerful inside light.The manual is well thought out, and goes to show how many functions the company has tried to squeeze in given the economical price.I was immediately contacted by their representative to arrange a demo, which we did not need anyway as the manual is easy to understand and we set the oven up ourselves. If you're new to ovens, please avail a demo when they call. I had a question about the functions, and since it was late at night (outside their working hours) I emailed them, and received an answer the next morning itself. Good customer service experience overall.The only con I could find was that the steel attachments provided (such as rotisserie and skewers) seem a little out of sync with the rest of the machine in terms of quality. Not sure they will last that long, the metal looks plated. However at this price point, it's not a big deal. And my mom (who has been baking for over 20 years) totally loves the OTG so I had to overlook this minor issue.All in all, I would surely recommend this whether you're new to baking or an expert baker. It has all the necessary functions in a stylish package

So after doing a lot of searches, I ended up buying this little guy. We are a small family and the use of Oven is occasional. So, I did not want to buy something as big as my wardrobe and block the kitchen as well. We got this and the packaging and delivery were fantastic as expected.The oven does well we have made cakes in it, Pizzas, Grilled Bread and a few more items like Khatai and biscuits, etcThe fit and finish are very good and the brand name is trustworthy! The internals also works well till now. I hope this lasts long.Thank You

Value for money. Good packing. After two defective otg of prestige and USHA finally received proper undamaged inalsa otg. Thanks and appreciable Amazon return policy they accept all two defective otg and refund very quickly. My wife is learner and she feels very easy to operate this otg. Cooks many things. It takes lot of time.. to cook anything in this.Heating element is taking too much time to warm up.A cake took more than 180 mins to get fully baked.A pizza took 40 mins to be cooked.No visible red hotness on heating element

Bought this to ease our baking / cooking requirements, but turned out to be a disappointment as it takes really long to heat, had to put the food dishes two or three times more than instructed. Temperature doesn’t seem to function, 180° seems very less. Also the heating elements don’t illuminate fully which might be the reason for it to not function properly.Inalsa has been a good steady brand but don’t know this one disappointed me.Watch out for reviews before buying this, just opted for replacing / return option.

Writing this review after more than a month of almost regular use during the lockdown.Pro:1. Delivered on time and was well packed within a carton.2. Light weight, so easy to carry.3. All parts well sealed.4. Takes a little time to prime, but once in regular use, it heats up well.5. I've not used the grill function so cannot comment, but the baking is good.6. Not too heavy on the electricity bill.Cons:1. The body heats up.2. Heating is a little uneven from the two elements on top. ( This could be a unit thing)3. The heat escaping from the top heats the handle of the glass door, so the sealing should be better and the handle should be covered.Overall it's a product I would recommend if you want to do light baking.
