So many great scents to choose from. I normally order the lavender one, but I decided to try this one for a change. It smells heavenly - very sweet smelling just as you would expect from something honey-scented. These Epsom salt soaks are great for sore muscles, anxiety/stress, and dehydration. I used to get chronically dehydrated due to a poor diet and calorie restriction. Soaking in this would temporarily help with the aches and pains and overall dehydration symptoms, which in turn helped my anxiety greatly. You're also left with soft skin as a result of soaking in this product. Unlike other bath salts I have used, this one dissolves beautifully in the tub and actually soaks into the water. I've used other salts that don't really dissolve well, and it worries me that I will ruin the bathtub drain of my apartment, so I would have to pick up all the little salt pieces prior to using the drain, which would be such a hassle, but I don't have that issue with this product at all. Also, just an FYI, I use maybe half a cup to 1 cup of this product per bath. It seems like the salts last a really long time, but then again, I only use these salts when I'm having body pains, I'm dehydrated, or if I need something to help relax my body and mind.
