I've been using these for a few months now for pruning my garden. They're very sharp and have held up well. They're not meant for cutting thick branches but if you put the branch all the way deep into the shears, they can handle half inch thick branches fairly well. They are best suited for the smaller, more delicate work and for that they work very well.The locking mechanism works great and is easy to use one handed which is very convenient when you've got a fist full of trimmings and want to put the shears back in your pocket.I do wash mine periodically with regular dish soap and so far I have not had any rust issues. I don't leave them outside or leave them encrusted with the sap of the day's trimming so I can't comment on how well they hold up to that sort of treatment.I really don't have any complaints about these shears, they do what they're supposed to do quite well and the price is hard to beat.

If your plants need a delicate trim, this is the tool for you! It's like having a pair of sharp scissors in an easier to use form. I wouldn't buy these for tough or bulky stems, but they are perfect for those places where you need a fine and precise touch. I have used them for other non-gardening needs also, such as opening the tape on the next Amazon package. :-)

These are perfect size and a great value

Bought these after trying out $30 ones in a local plant store. These work just as well and are holding up nicely, staying tight and sharp. I like to buy local, but I couldn’t justify a 6x price for the same thing. If you like house plants or have delicate outdoor flowers, these are for you!

Excellent little tool. They're the exact color and shape as the one in the image the spring feels strong and not likely to wear down any time soon. The blades are sharp and a good length I cut through the stem of a 5 year old Aloe Vera plant with relative ease. The blades are also thin enough to get in between branches and make precise cuts. Excellent addition to my indoor garden.

I like it, seems solid, works well. Easy to get into the tight areas and snip. I will probably buy a spare. Very happy with the purchase!
