Replacement Lenses for Oakley Monster Dog Sunglass

The quality of the lenses is excellent and fitment into my frames was flawless! This company seems to carry older model lens replacements as my Monster Dog are hard to find! I’ve been collecting Oakleys since the 80’s and love bringing back these frames. I have another rare frame that I will see if they have them for the Jacket frames.

Although they took a few minutes to get them to pop in correctly, I would still say they went in fairly easy. Once in the lenses do fit great. The only criticism I have is that I did expect them to be a little darker and offer more protection from the sun. However, all in all I am happy with these lenses. Are these as good as Oakley’s? No, but for the price no one should expect them to be. Are they a really good cost effective alternative to Oakley lenses? Absolutely. So much so that I am considering purchasing them in a different color. Oh and one last thing, shame on Oakley for discontinuing their best glasses, the monster dog.

I had stopped using my favorite pair of Oakleys years ago due to heavy scratches and the belief they couldn’t be fixed. These lenses fit perfectly and have held up to heavy usage.

I just got them and installed them! Compared to my last lenses, which fit very poorly, I felt like it was going to break these lenses pressing it into the frames, but they held up!!!They fit REALLY snug! No wiggle at all and it takes FIRM pressure to press them back out of the frame. They feel very secure!.I only just got them today so I'm looking forward to see how they do while I'm driving to work tomorrow! I will update in a week or so!Strongly recommend!!!!!

Quede super satisfecho con la calidad del lente. Tenia unos lentes originales oakley pero las micas no le duraron mucho. Y estas son muy resistentes y no se han rayado nadaaaaaa. Las recomiendo ampliamente como muy buen repuesto

Der Austausch war kein Problem. Die fünfzehn Jahre alten Oakley-Gläser hatten doch gelitten. Aber dieser Artikel ist von derart minderer Qualität, dass sich nach dem ersten Einsatz in der Sonne (30 Min. am Bakon bei 22 Grad) die Folie zwischen den Gläsern gehoben hat. Ich vermute zumindest derartiges da es nach Blasen aussieht.Ich frage mich was der Hersteller hiermit bezweckt? So etwas behält doch kein Kunde sondern retourniert dieses fragwürdige Produkt. Dafür wurden aber Energie und Ressourcen verschwendet und nun muss der Plastikmüll noch entsorgt werden. Der Gesetzgeber sollte diesem Gebaren einen Riegel vorschieben und solche Hersteller dafür belangen.Ich hätte gleich Original-Gläser gekauft, selbst wenn die das Dreifache kosten da man diese ja normalerweise jahrelang im Einsatz hat. Nur konnte ich diese nirgendwo auftreiben. Ich werde aber weiter suchen.

Arrived swiftly, clear lenses that fit perfectly. Took a bit to get them in, but if it didn’t I would be concerned they could pop out. The accessories ( cloth and case) are a nice addition. Definitely recommend these!
