Goutime Stainless Steel Shish Kabob Skewer Rack with Storage Bag, Universal Barbecue BBQ Skewers Holder for Grill

I bought these to use with a bunch of other skewers we already own (off a different brand.) They work fine, of course. There isn't anything to complicated going on here ... However, it's worth noting how well made these are: and that's quite well indeed! I was surprised. I expected cheap stainless that was stamped with a poor quality die set and bent to loose tolerances. That was definitely NOT the case! These appear to be high quality stainless stock that has been laser cut and then bent to a very precise tolerance. The edge finish is quite nice and not sharp and full of burrs like I expected. They come out of the box (errr, bag ...) clean and not covered in any kind of industrial lubricant. I hesitated to buy these because they are on the expensive side for what they are, but the quality turned out to be very high. It was a nice surprise these days ...

These are an absolute "must have" for your BBQ if you are cooking kebobs! The spices/marinate stay on the veggies/meat rather than burning off onto the grill. This particular brand is sturdy. I especially like the height & length that allow larger cuts on the skewer.

I had purchased these for my gas grill as the depth of my grill is shorter than the length of my Kabob swords. It allows me to place them horizontally. They're fine and work just fine, nothing special. Basically you place them on the grill and put the swords on top. You can then flip and turn them easily, making the ease of use simple and straight forward. When it comes to cleaning, i basically just wipe them down and throw them in the dish washer, so keeping them nice and clean isn't a problem. Good product if you need something to elevate the kabobs a bit. My only complaint, which might be more of a me thing than the skewer rack is that they come with a plastic coating you're supposed to peel off. this keeps the rack nice and scratch free during shipping. I unfortunately didn't know this was on the rack, even though it has a blueish tint and I threw them on the grill. Next thing i know, the plastic coating is melting and now the nice bright finish it was supposed to have is ugly and burnt. As i mentioned, that's probably more on me than the rack, but it would have been nice if it had a tab or something written on it so i knew i was supposed to peel it off. Overall, good product and good value.

We bought the long flat skewers to make ground meat kebabs And the skewers like perfectly in these.

FYI…Remove the blue and white plastic film before using. Reading reviews of people that did not do this and damaged their grill.

The racks hold our metal kabob skewers very well. Fit perfectly on the gas grill grates. Solid stainless steel and good quality. Clean pretty easily as long as you clean them shortly after using them.

Loved the racks. Very handy to cook with. However. I tried everything I could think of to clean them after only one use. Tried soaking in dish detergent. Tried soaking them even using a toothbrush. Dishwasher did nothing. Don’t want them in my kitchen cabinets or drawers. Any suggestions. I will try.

I found these grill kabob holders to be not very good. Seems like a fine idea, but white coating melted and got all over the grill. Stainless would have worked, painted or coated just screwed up the grill. Very disappointed.

Great idea but it's so low that there's not much you can put on your skewer without it touching the grill... maybe it's just made to roast peas and tiny meatballs... Also, hard to clean as it has no coating, just stainless steel.

I used for a few years already. It is heavy gauge metal and stays its original shape. I would recommend it.
