The shape of the blade is enough to send the message that I’m not messing around if I were in a situation where I need to take it out which can act as a deterrent and make any bad guys think twice about robbing or jumping me.In the event that I would have to use the knife it would be able to get the job done without a shadow of a doubt. This thing goes through pretty much anything on the wrong side of it without effort (I tested on sheets of paper and moved on to packages and boxes).The handle is also very comfortable and provides a confident and secure grip which is a must if you find yourself in a combat situation.Also the sheath is nice and solid. As long as you brace against the sheath with your thumb it’s easy to slide the knife out, otherwise it can be a little stiff. However, I think this is perfect because the last thing I want is this blade sliding out on its own and sending me to the hospital accidentally.Overall I am very satisfied with this knife. It checks all the boxes for me and is well worth the money.
