The lamp and shade are GREAT. The bulb is TERRIBLE. Why? Because it’s a clear bulb which throws harsh sharp light, almost like a task light. It’s also an overly warm temperature (2700 kelvin). I recommend getting this lamp and tossing the bulb and getting a PROPER bulb.. One with a slightly cooler temperature (2850 - 3000 kelvin), and FROSTED! Not clear. Why the hell they would provide a clear bulb for a nightstand lamp is beyond me. So, for that, I take away one star. Need a bulb recommendation? You absolutely must get the ‘GE Reveal LED A19 HD Light, 40W dimmable’. It only cost $11 for a box of 2 bulbs. The light appearance of this bulb is 2850K and actually works perfectly with the lamp’s 3-way function (even though it doesn’t say its a 3-way bulb). I assume the fact that it’s a dimmable bulb somehow makes it work. Each level of brightness is evenly distanced from the next. It’s perfect! The light it gives off is perfectly diffused, soft, neutral light that isn’t overly yellow. The USB ports are also fantastic and charged my iPhone 8 Plus from 1% to 79% in just 35 minutes! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3-way Touch Control Table Lamp *by B***C on Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2020* My original review gave a 1 star but the seller contacted me and fixed the situation so I'm giving a 5 star for excellent customer service with the option to exchange the product or receive a refund.Original Review: This thing is absolute garbage if you are looking for something that meets the description given. The light really only has TWO settings, the third is EXACTLY THE SAME as the second. The lamp shade does NOT sit on properly. I unscrewed the one part, set the lamp shade on but then the part does NOT screw back into place. Basically it doesn't fit together. The shade was only partially stabilized after I screwed the lightbulb in but is extremely wobbly. The outlet plug works but was wiggly when I pulled the plugged in cord out. I'm not sure if it will break over time or not. Both USB ports DO work however. I just got another lamp EXACTLY like this (from a different seller) and that one works perfectly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Like....but....... *by K***3 on Reviewed in the United States on July 8, 2020* Great lamp upon plug in and use, however, after about a month of minimal use 1) the three way light seems to only work at two levels: the dim and then the medium light which when touching the lamp again only amps up slightly brighter - almost not even noticeable; 2) the two very handy USB plug-ins and now only one is working and the two of them are so close together to unplug one at a time is difficult ; 3) the touch sensitivity is excruciatingly sensitive anywhere on the metal - perhaps just having it on the base may make it a little better at least for me :).
