The media could not be loaded.  I bought these star lights to string across my small patio space. 2 sets of these lights (40 ft each) was the perfect amount to criss-cross over a small backyard space. Don't let the little plastic stars fool you- these look SO classy and petite once they're hung up. The cord is black and much thinner than typical christmas-style lights, and the lights are a bright, yellow-toned LED. BE SLOW AND CAREFUL UNTANGLING THESE LIGHTS. I made the mistake of letting the stars get tangled opening my first box, and was untangling the cord from all the pointy star corners for an hour.These are solar-powered LEDs, so you don't need/can't use an electrical outlet. There is a good amount of space between the solar panel and the first star light of the strand, so you have a lot of wiggle room with where your lit strand begins. The solar panel at the beginning of the light strand can either be screwed onto any surface at the base or can be staked into the ground. The solar panels are sturdy and can be rotated to face the sun too! There are multiple light modes to click through. Wait until it's dark to set the light modes. I leave mine on solid light, but they can blink, fade on and off, and flicker every other star, as well. The lights charge during the day and come on when it gets dark enough. If you want the lights on earlier than dusk/nightfall, you will have to cover the solar panel with a small box or something so the light sensor will flick the lights on. I love that I can set up these lights and never have to remember to turn them on! They completely transformed my back patio!

I got these for Christmas, but would probably use them year-round in the back yard.Installation is incredibly simple. The lights have several modes that you can see in my video. They're pretty bright when the sun goes down, and seem to stay reasonably bright for about 3 hours. We're in winter, so your results may be better or worse depending on weather (like all solar panels).These are a great value for the money, and a nice addition to the yard!

The media could not be loaded.  These Solar-Powered Twinkle Fairy Star String Lights are absolutely beautiful. I love them most on solid, although that could change once I have them installed in their spot in the garden, drooped along our old fence. They are magical, warm, welcoming, and so very pretty. The solar panel can be set on top of something OR you can use the included stake to stake it in the ground. I'm a fan of options and there are many with this string of stars. Love them, absolutely.

These worked for about a week now stuck on the twinkling mode. Great having an on/off switch but every time you turn on you have to reset to mode you like, I'm sure that is why it's stuck now.Will be looking some more for outdoor solar lights w/o all the modes. I did put these up an the next day it poured rain, the solar cell went through it fine. Lights worked well until a week after :(UPDATE: my husband said I could not push the MODE button hard enough to change the lights from blinking. They are just as I wanted and expected soft light on all night not annoyingly blinking! I would buy again.

I bought this product to brighten up my bush fenceline, where there is no electrical access, near my firepit. There is a meadow beyond my yard with ample firefly activity during the summer months, so I wanted just a little illumination for safety reasons when I descend into the lower yard to watch their spectacular show of lights. These solar starry lights are meeting my needs beautifully. I like the long cord between the solar panel and the start of the lights because it enables me to put the solar panel up high into a sunny spot, before hanging the lights a tad lower in a shadier spot. I am able to keep the panel securely fastened onto a branch with the hole in back of the panel. I was impressed with the length of the lights, and how from dusk to dawn, they are still shimmering, and attracting fireflies. The only downside is that they seem rather cheaply made for outdoor Wisconsin, where the weather can be harsh. I fear that they will not withstand heavy winds, rain, and snowfall. I have only had them up for a little over a week, now, and have no idea how long they will last. But for now, they sure are wonderful. If I have to purchase again, I most likely will, but I would attempt to strengthen the wire between the panel and the lights with electrical tape for extra reinforcement, before hanging. The price for these lights is definitely right for the quality I have seen thus far.

So far I am very happy with the product. Received on time from US even during lockdown in sydney. Charged it in full sun for the day and it worked for than 5 hours until I crashed so I don't know when it out of chaege or not. It has soothing light and I feel relaxed sitting in my balcony. Great buy.
