Teavana Earl Grey Tea (Box of 24)

I am a huge fan of Starbucks London Fog and have been trying to duplicate it at home. I've tried many brands of tea, even Teavana's Earl Grey Cremè (which was awful)! The sachets Starbucks use are not for retail sale. Every once in a while, when I mobile order, I ask for 1 tea bag, and they give me the (paid for) other, and I try to make my London Fog at home with it, and it still doesn't have that 'Starbucks magic'! When I read reviews on this, I decided to try it (especially since it's Teavana also) and I'm so happy I did. It's so fragrant and flavorful. I love the 'after taste' it has, which tells me it's a high quality tea. My only rants would be that it doesn't get as dark as some of my other teas (mainly my decaf loose leaf Earl Grey, I get from another company), so if you want it darker, and more flavorful, just use 2 bags (which I cannot, as I'm caffeine sensitive). Also, it isn't in the cool sachets that the Starbucks locations have, but the teabag paper is better for the environment, so I'm ok with that! Something that is not the brand's fault - I received the package 'crushed'. The tea bags were not damaged but perhaps they can ship differently (or insist that Amazon do so)? I'm now ordering my next box!

I found out this is the same tea that they use at our Barnes and Nobles Starbucks stores to make their London Fog drinks. Regular Starbucks use the regular Teavana Earl Gray but I actually prefer the Teavana Modern Earl Gray (at least that's how they make it in our Omaha area). It's not as "perfumy" tasting to me. I love this tea. I wish they made a decaf version of it too.

Although it’s labeled as Starbucks, Earl Grey tea, it tastes nothing like the teabags you purchased from the store. Very disappointing.

I love this tea its a great way to come home and relax I love the lavender taste!

In the quest of making Starbucks “London Fog” drinks at home, I bought this. It’s a good, strong earl gray tea that’s great with crème…but It’s NOT “It”. No notes of lavender. A straight earl gray. It’s good, but I like Harney & Sons better. If you are looking to recreate a London Fog. Sadly, This isn’t it.

Ever since Republic of Tea changed their Earl Greyer blend and ruined the flavor I’ve been trying to find a tasty substitute. I like Starbucks Earl Grey, which adds a light lavender note to the Earl Grey blend. Teavana is the brand Starbucks uses (or it’s just their in house brand). Although the ingredients appear to be the same, the taste is very different, and not in a positive way. The flavor is not a good Earl Grey. One difference, other than taste, I noticed is this box is tea bags, whereas the Teavana Earl Grey I get at Starbucks are in those sachets, but I have yet to find those for sale anywhere. My search for a delicious Earl Grey continues. Why did you have to mess with perfection, Republic of Tea?

Tea os great, almost like the Earl Grey from Starbucks - taste is very similar. However, the package arrived open. O believe the box broke on the shipping.

I love this tea! And even use it to make my London Fog drinks. It is expensive but I compare it to going out to get a London fog or making it at home (just to justify the price)

The tea has a slightly different taste from the Earl Grey at Starbucks. It has some added citrus .The tea bags are smaller but quite strong . Easier than waiting in line.

Box arrived broken & open. There was a piece of tape holding it together. Not possible to return despite damage.
