Hey This bench press is Good and sturdy made of strong metal only the down side with this is the seat synthetic leather is very poor quality it can ripp after few times Training you might use a Towel top of that to last it for longer Otherwise this is a good bench worth the money. Mine came with no Damage as you can see in the pictures simple assembly and I used it straight away it's comfortable and sturdy. Easy foldable as well. Easy to adjust and use. It's sturdy and solid enough- not too heavy so can be moved about too. Nice design so looks good. Simple to put together - husband did it on his own in few minutes. Good size- all the family use it so it's suitable for teens and adults.

The bench is very good. If assembled correctly, I don't see why this should not last a very long time. I'm mechanically minded, and don't see any major design flaws apart from the foot rest/holder. This is quite fragile, but it is a redundant feature. I actually took it off as it is not needed for anything. The cover is of course artificial, and this is my main concern. The threads were appearing on one side, which I had to cut. But, I think it will be ok. Overall, very good and I would definitely recommend it. You can do all the basic exercises with dumbbells which is perfect for me. Good adjustment. Safe. No issues. Didn't notice the bench moving or anything when exercising. I'm 6 ft tall, and the bench is fine for my hight.

As a beginner this feels to me like a brilliant entry level bench. It was simple to assemble and unlike some other "budget" exercise equipment has no issues with flimsiness. It doesn't wobble, it feels very secure and has some weight to it. It packs away pretty easily too. I'm over 6 foot and 100kg so it can take some weight. Whether or not it'll still be suitable when inevitably I'm a huge beefcake with massive muscles, only time will tell! (certainly it'll be strong enough to use as a clothes rack when, more plausibly, I give up lifting weights to eat pies)

This bench is so versatile. I use it for a few different reasons in my garage gym I am putting together. The bench requires very little assembly and folds down to a handy size for when you want to save some space. The quality of the bench is very very good with a good level of padding to the seat and back rest area. It can be used flat or on various different incline levels so you can use it as a bench for pressing or as a seat/rest for different exercises. It’s very sturdy and does not move around or creek when lifting heavy weights. First impressions review I've been a gym goer since my teens and now into my 30's. I bought this and some adjustable dumbbells as after having a child found it hard to get into a gym routine. The bench came well packaged and speedy delivery thanks to prime. The quality of the bench is a bit of a mixed bag. Looks really sturdy and has enough weight to suggest is was quality, so isnt a light weight cheapo bench you can get. Where it lacks is the stitching of the 2 fabrics on the back rest, it looks stretched already so unsure if this will stand up to regular usage, I'll update one I've I had it a while. One of the support bars for the back rest had a small tear in where the bolt goes through to connect to the bench itself, i cant see it being an issue but was really sharp. It took me probably 30-40 minutes to build, likely take less time as I was fiddling in between. I bought this particular bench as it has adjustable seat and foot bar so you can do ab crunches. Theres quite a significant design fault, the bench declines and you can adjust the seat BUT they are not level so your butt ends up in a lower position than your back which is really not comfy, theres then this massive gap between the seat and back rest so you then end up being partly supported by the frame of the bench, so metal frame in lower back. It feels relative sturdy with minor wobble of mats. I've got 32.5kg dumbbells and would have no issue in believing this bench couldn't support this weight and myself in a number of the positions available. It folds up well, but fiddly as no where really you can grasp onto but not a big issue. I probably wouldnt buy again and may get a better know brand for similar money. As stated this is an initial review and will update once used a good few times. I've scored 3* due to some of the build quality aspects I've mentioned and the fact after doing a set of 20 ab crunches you probably wouldnt want to do any more due to the discomfort it leaves you in.

Pues he estado esperando un tiempo para probar distintos ejercicios y la verdad q el banco va muy bien. Aguanta mi peso de 85kg más mancuernas de 30kg en plano sin problemas. El inclinado y recto también es cómodo. El único q no recomiendo con cierto peso es el declinado ya q yo lo utilizo sin la sujeción de los pies y en declinado se hace casi obligatorio para estar seguro, lo veo demasiado declinado para usar con cierto peso. El pegado se hace en 5 segundos, tirar de los pasadores y doblar. Repetiría compra
