Can these be used laying down in bed?

Yes, if you aren't particularly small in that region when flaccid... if you're shorter down there then it could leak before the get absorbs it. But you also get the gel on you laying down. Not a big deal but also something that I'd try to keep out of my urethra. I have used these after surgery when I was alone but too drugged to get up (as opposed to a cath). For that I would highly recommend lining a plastic urinal with these and having one of those soft breathable super absorbant pads underneath just in case. After some trial and a lot of error I found the Northshore Magicsorb pads work well for this purpose and they're soft and cool enough to sleep on. I also have rigged them up by tying them by the strings to either side of snug briefs leaving just enough room for my penis in there and then just pulling it and my junk through the fly so I could just sleep that way.

Can this bag be used more than once in a night

Not likely, if you mean can you put it on and leave it on overnight for more than one urination. The gel inserts might hold enough, but I wouldn't count on it. I used this for traveling; I could carry one or two in the car glovebox or my purse (husband was wheelchair bound). For overnight use, I recommend the McGuire Style urinal. It has a latex condom catheter, is fitted to a jockstrap, and drains into a leg bag you can hang on the bedrail. Put the jockstrap on. Use a little K-Y and stimulate him to an erection. Slip the catheter on and snap it into the "suspension garment" (the jock strap) then affix the bag where convenient, and plug the drain tube into the bag. Can these be used for feces?

They’re a little small for feces. The opening opens up about the size of a typical ziplock sandwich bag. That said, they’re super absorbing on the inside and have a drawstring closure. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything other than liquid

Is there a size larger than 16 ounces available?

There is not a larger liner size for the male urinal, however to increase the absorption capacity you can definitely add a second pad inside the liner.
