This is actually the second one of these wifi cameras that I've ordered over the past two months... The first one, I set-up in our entryway. The second one, I ordered to set-up in our combined dining/living room area. See... we foster cats (and dogs) through a local rescue. We have been having a problem of a cat (or what we thought were perhaps multiple cats) peeing inappropriately throughout the house. The worst area - has been the entryway (where we set-up the first camera). The second worst area - has been on anything left on the dining room table - nothing has been safe if left on the table. (which is where we set-up the second camera).This wifi camera was super easy to set-up. I had the camera in place and the app downloaded on my iPhone within just a few minutes (and, keep in mind, I'm not a "techie"!). I did not "install" the camera per se, which would have involved screwing the camera permanently in place - because I would prefer to be able to move it to any other locations were cats begin (hopefully they won't do this, but just in case) peeing inappropriately elsewhere.Once I got the first camera set-up and the app downloaded, I was able to monitor the entryway from anywhere via my iPhone. It was great! Within just a few days, we identified which cat - and it was only one - who was peeing in the entryway. We were able to get him to the vet, ran all sorts of tests, and then placed him on medication to help. Unfortunately, the meds (kitty prozac) can take a couple of weeks to work. While we're getting Wally fixed up, we were still having peeing on the items left on the kitchen table. Which is why I ordered the second camera.I was super surprised to find that it was NOT Wally this time around, but another male cat. After catching him in the act (thanks to the camera app), we made him an appointment with the vet, too. Come to find out, he had crystals in his urine. **sigh** so... after meds for Wally, new special diet for Dorian, plus meds, we're finally an inappropriate pee-free home again! Yay! I owe a great deal to these cameras for helping us pinpoint the cats who were having troubles - and get them the proper veterinary care needed.Overall, I am THRILLED with these purchases! I'm planning to keep these around - to watch our cats and dogs antics. (and, just in case there are other issues in the future). <3

I got this camera to monitor the pups while we were out. I knew they were getting on the furniture while we were gone and now I have proof! The camera picture is really clear and I love that I can move the camera angle remotely.The camera setup was quick; had it up and running on my WiFi within 5-10 min. I opted to use the V380 Pro app instead of the V380 app they tell you to use in the instructions since it seemed newer and the old one had bad reviews. So far so good - it maintains strong connection to my WiFi and doesn’t randomly disconnect. I do wish the USB cable was a bit longer so I could mount it on the wall, but I guess I could always use a usb extension cable.Overall a great camera!

This my first security camera. I'm really happy with it. I have it set up wirelessly and it works really well with the provided app I downloaded from Google Play Store and on both wi-fi and using my phone's data when away from home . I still have to, as of yet, buy a micro sd card, but even without it, you can monitor, record video or take pictures when viewing. Set-up took awhile. A required step was to scan the bar code to sync with app and I wasted time scanning the sample code in the instructions until I realized the bar code was under the device itself (my bad). Instructions also said I needed to have the device right next to the router for wireless setup. I thought that since I had a good signal strength in this one room that it wouldn't matter, so I tried setting it up there and it kept failing to connect over and over again. I finally brought the device right next to the router and it connected instantly (deep sigh). I've tested it thoughout the house and it works flawlessly. I've had a conversation with my wife through this device while I'm at work. This security camera offers so much and I believe it to be a great purchase and I highly recommend it. The only bad thing I can think of is that it pans slowly when scanning the view, other than that, I love it.This is an incredible camera at a budget price.Great Security Camera!

First off, you know its a sketchy product when there is a foreign language all over the box. I set it up as the instructions said and downloaded the app. The app is horrible. Its slow, it slowed down my phone, and made my phone heat up to the point I thought it was going to blow up and I have an iPhone 7 plus. It doesn't show real time either. If you are looking for an amazing security camera, look up Wyze Cams. They are extremely affordable for what they are and have amazing results.

Setting up the camera was pretty much “figure it out yourself” because the instructions are in very bad broken English and make virtually no sense. Even the content in the app is hard to understand and follow. Took me a while just to figure all of that out.Second issue is the two-way audio does not work. I can hear sound coming from the camera recording on my device, but the microphone to speak through the camera (walkie talkie feature) does not work. I am connected to WiFi, the camera and app have permission to use my microphone, everything is set up correctly, I am holding down the speak button like I’m supposed to. It just doesn’t work. Very disapppinted about that.The picture is great. Very clear. Which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. However, I will be returning.

The reason why I got this camera was because my dog. I always wonder how my puppy dog would do without me at the house. However, I don’t want to burn $$$$ on my pocket, and this seems like a good alternative. The app is easy to download, and I had no difficulty on using it. It capture good pictures of my doggy. I am happy with this purchase. Lol i just had to put it high enough so my dog doesn’t reach it.
