The paper looks and feels just like.....paper. It even bends when you move it around. Also I found that if I turned a page, another was there! It didn't come with a power supply.....but that's ok, I didn't actually need one, I was able to write on the paper even without a power supply. I accidently dropped it and it didn't break, so I was able to pick it up and write on it again. On a serious note, something I do really like is that you can tear the pages off along the perforations, which are separate from the holes, so you don't end up with all those tiny annoying bits of paper making a mess on the floor and causing OCD.
