This, I find, needs about 3 times what I would normally use with, say, vanilla or rum. (Although I have been known to go a bit heavy on the vanilla at times.) It is a bit pricey, so it's a special treat for me, but anything that allows you to relive a snippet of a great childhood memory just by sniffing a bottle is certainly special. Review: Tastes Great…But is it Helping! - How does one know if a supplement works? I won’t know until l get labs done, to make a correlation if the results are positive. It has an intense dark purple color, with a black berry flavor due to its super concentrated form. It’s thicker than a blackberry pancake syrup, and tastes great. Daily, l put about two drops in my water, and/or in my water with other supplements as it dissolves well and masks unpleasant tastes. It hasn’t done anything to stop my allergies alone. I miss it so - black raspberry is my favorite ice cream and can’t be found in my state. So with this bottle I get a little of Oregon’s best, a bit of their Black Raspberry in Nebraska.
