Bass etc. is great, but they aren't for listening to music that's for sure. The microphone captures wonderfully though, sounds like my actual voice! So at first these seemed great for what i got them for as they were on sale. However, the product is beyond fragile. I'm very conscious of taking good care of my devices, however today, I got the rather long cord wrapped around my leg and when I stood up the wire snapped. The product had ZERO damage before this incident and the wire snapped clean through, as if it was cut by a knife. Ten days after the return policy ends of course. I only had this product for one month.Pros: Good microphone Nice padding on the earsCons: Headphones quality suffers at higher frequency Incredibly, Incredibly FragileAgain, i am a very conscientious person, taking great care of my devices. This one very minor slip up cost me quite a bit of money and frankly, a product like this should be able to take more of a beating. My last headset was $20 dollars, had better sound quality, and lasted years. Do not buy this product. Very disappointed with creative on this one. I don't think I will be conducting business with them any further. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost perfect *by N***M on Reviewed in the United States on November 18, 2016* I'm using this in combination with a USB adapter and GoToMeeting. It is comfortable and keeps the noise out. The sound quality is very good. The volume control and microphone switch are less than ideal; it's hard to see when the microphone is turned on or off. I personally wish there was a version with USB connector, but I understand that USB cannot take full advantage of the great sound capabilities of this headset. ### ⭐ There are better options out there. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 12, 2016* The sound quality is good and pleasant to my ears, the speakers almost fit around my ears but some sound escapes and gets picked up by the microphone on occasion. The mic being removable is a nice idea, but I get a lot of static, my voice is only somewhat audible even with my settings maxed out, it occasionally picks up the earphone speaker sound as previously mentioned, and the awkward shape around the microphone connection jack greatly limits the option for a better microphone. I suggest avoiding this if you are looking for a good headset; hell, there are cheaper and better headphones than this out there if all you want. My first headset was Plantronics and that had stellar quality and a microphone that wasn't garbage.
