This is a good product & comfortable. It was easy to mould to the shape of my mouth & was able to wear it all night

The most horrid feeling is waking yourself up with the feeling that you're drowning in your own saliva. This product is easy to mould however the material is too thick, and nothing like how you remember your teenage retainer to be. I didn't stop snoring whilst using this device and it was uncomfortable to wear that having only tried it for 3 nights I can no longer stand it. I can imagine this product would be useful to someone with a bigger issue than snoring, so it irks me that it was sold to me as a snoring aid.

Got these after suffering dental pain and previously been diagnosed with TMJD. Easy instruction to mold/fit but would advise not to bite down to strongly just firmly , comfortable enough to use.

Quick and easy to mould to your teeth. I wear this every night and it has definitely helped to get rid of my TMJ jaw pain. Before I used these I would also regularly get what I thought was toothache and thought my root canal needed to be re filled. Thankfully some good advice from a dentist led me to try these. They are hard and means mean they push your jaw forward which is what the dentist recommended. Comfortable to wear and a fraction of the cost of a custom made one from the dentist.

Brought to help with clenching while fitting

This does not mould to your teeth. I have placed it in boiling water but it still does not mould. It’s a waste of money

I got this product due to jaw clenching at night. The instructions are very simple and it can easily be formed again, if not content the first time around. 4 stars because it does make me feel claustrophobic but that's probably the case with most mouth gaurds

As a sleeping aid don't bother if it for grinding your teeth good luck it looks totally uncomfortable sent my one back
