My USB ports do not work. I sent an email to the address listed on the enclosed pamphlet and it was kicked back as undeliverable. I double checked to make sure I had entered it correctly, and sure enough, I did. I DO love the lamps, and for the quality, the price is a great deal, even without working USB ports. They are sturdy and the gold is bright...a bit brighter than I would have preferred but I still love them nonetheless. I am going for a boho mid-century vibe, and I felt that these lamps would work perfectly for that. They also don't seem as if they will tip over easily, unlike other lamps I have had in the past..*Update: I decided to go back and add a star, because even though I am disappointed that the USB ports don't work, the lamps are GORGEOUS and I LOVE the touch feature and the 3 different levels of brightness. I actually had fun assembling the shades, and they turned out VERY nicely. For the price, these lamps can't be beat. I looked at hundreds of lamps before deciding on these and I am ecstatic about them.*Update: I contacted their customer service and they said that it must be an accident that the USB ports do not work and that I needed to contact Amazon customer support. I opted not to do this, because we use our beside lamps nightly and I did not want to go through the hassle of sending the lamps and then waiting on replacements. I took off a star because the pamphlet that came with the lamps said to contact them via email if there were any issues, then the email came back as undeliverable, then I went through Amazon to contact them about the defect (as Amazon said to do) and they kicked it back to Amazon.*Update 7/30/2023: I LOVE these lamps! While they STILL do NOT charge my phone, I CAN plug my bedside fan into the USB port and it works! That freed me from the need for a surge protector, which I feel clutters up the room. I also feel that these are some of the most beautiful lamps I've ever owned and the touch feature is AWESOME!

USB ports in first set I received didn't work in either lamp. But I received a replacement set in 2 days (thanks Amazon!) and they're great. For about $100 for 2 USB touch lamps WITH 2 dimmable bulbs... you can't go wrong!! Initially, I inadvertently ordered an identical-appearing pair of lamps with USB prts for $10 less... my error since there was no touch function and bulbs were nit included. (I don't think the lamps were dimmable either. They were USB t not touch and did not come with bulbs. So for a mere $5 more per lamp, I got all the functionality I wanted and am very pleased with this set... touch, USB, 2 dimmable bulbs. So far, they're working fine and look great in my bedroom. Plus they were easy to assemble. (Screw 2 pre-wired pieces together, attach the shade harp, and assemble the shade, which is a very clever configuration and very simple to do. Both lamps took longer to unpack/unbox and remove the protective plastic than to assemble -- approximately 5-6 minutes total for both!!) Their taller, narrow profile is perfect for my small-ish low nightstands.I saw identical appearing lamps at a well-known lamp website for $50 more for the set. But they were neither touch nor did they have USB ports. (The only dimmer offered was an optionsl plug-in tabletop dimmer with slide button, which I already had and wanted to eliminate to declutter my night stands.)Even with the non-functioning USB ports on the first set, I would recommend these lamps!!

Love the touch lamp, both usb port works. The lamp base itself fees high quality the rest a little subpar. These are in my guest bedroom. Picture shown with the 2700k lightbulb a bit too warm since my room is already yellow I have since changed to a reveal lightbulb instead. From afar they look like quality lamps. I don’t see any pink in the lights like other reviewers. Pretty standard lighting color.

Very nice lamps. Good quality, heavy, but no too heavy. The light bulb was a nice touch.I will say I don't love the lamp shade but I don't hate it. It's still new to me. I am used to old fashioned lamp shades.

Love it. Shade is a put together kind but still looks great. Charger, plus 3 modes of touch lighting.

I love the lamps. Assembly is easy, and the lamps are not "cheap looking". Nice and heavy brushed metal w/touch control. The usb ports are also handy! Comes with a starter bulb too. I would like the light to be brighter, but through trial & error I'll find the right bulb. Customer service is really great. Invest in the warranty. It's worth it. One lamp malfunctioned and I was immediately sent replacement lamps.

This lamp was perfect for the mid-century modern decor. The base is only 4 inches in diameter not taking up much space on this 18 inch glass table. You have to make the shade but we managed it on the second try. The charge port is very convenient. The touch control is nice but you can’t use Alexa or Siri control plugs. That is why I only gave it 4 stars. Otherwise this lamp is a winner.
