Real neck saver
Finding this is almost impossible but the tabs tend to crack off the OEM ones over time. Mine did and created a leak. This was the only one I found and it was perfect for my 2007.5 Silverado 2500HD w/ 6.0L. Perfect fit and seal.

Does fit 2005 Trailblazer with a 5.3
Amazon shows that this does not fit my vehicle, but after examining the pictures I decided to try it. I did have to twist the rubber boot about 15 degrees and then it was a perfect fit.

Works but cost is high.
2007 Silverado 5.3. 4 stars because it should be cheaper. But it works. Just pull the old one out, line it up and pop it in.

Amazon said this was the wrong part, Napa said this was the wrong part, Oreilly’s too said it was the wrong part. But it is the right part and it fits perfectly between the resonator and the barbed outlet on my intake
