Sweet Potato Slices Dog Treats, 16oz

I read that dogs love sweet potatoes as treats. I decided to try them on my granddaughter’s darling Shihpoo, Aleia. She’s a very picky eater so I’m always looking for treats that she will love. What a surprise I got when I gave her HEALTHFULS Sweet Potato Slices Dog Treats! She LOVES THEM. They come in slices that look like they’re made for a large dog, so I took my kitchen food scissors and cut them into smaller pieces that Aleia could handle. Their color is a beautiful orange and you can tell they are sweet potatoes—just a bit soft enough for a dog to get the joy of biting into them but not have to work very hard to eat them. She went through those treats! She knew where they were kept and would stand in front of the drawer when she wanted them.The best thing was that they were good for her! A really HEALTHFUL treat.

These a great for dogs with sensitive stomachs. My dog struggles with loose stools and is very sensitive. It's hard to find a healthy treat she will eat that doesn't irritate her stomach. This product is great... it doesn't include a bunch of unhealthy ingredients, doesn't make her sick, is super tasty and is a good value. Highly recommend!

My fuzzy babies love these. I really like them also. Only one ingredient. SWEET POTATOES! I love that they don’t look all wrinkly and dark. Still soft and look like a sweet potato.

Good, healthy, chewy treat for our for 4 dogs. Bough 1 bag at first to make sure. On our 2nd bag now. Our dogs love them!

I really love them and I only put 4 stars due to price change.I've been buying sweet potato wrapped with chicken jerky, of different brands & companies, for my dogs for many years. There are several to choose from and for the most part ingredients are same.However, first comes quality comparison, then comes price comparison & of course quantity. I originally found them at Walmart years ago while I was there shopping and decided to try them. My dogs really liked them and they were a fair price... especially when you start comparing with other brands. The only problem with the actual quality of them, in my opinion, was that they were too hard. Well it started getting a bit sporadic if they had them in stock or not, so I went and found them (different brand & more $ but better quality) @ Petsmart and they REALLY like those. Well as we all know, not only have MANY products been hard to find, off & on, but also prices have been jumping all over the place, mostly up, since Covid originally began. So again I started looking around for them. I found several on Amazon, but I'm always leary of ordering things that I can't see in person... but.. I went ahead and ordered some. They weren't overly priced (at first) and I actually continued to order them regularly. Now, I will say they were of great quality & softer for my babies to chew. However, they always had very little jerky on them, but we continued to buy them bcuz the price and amount were a great deal and my dogs still enjoyed them. Then the price started going up... they started out just under $15 for 2lb bag, now they're up to over $20. So on the hunt I went again. I did go back to Walmart and got them there for a little bit (if they even had them) but I was tired of trying to find them and still had a problem with them being too hard. I have a cpl older dogs that don't have all their teeth and they're all smaller dogs. So recently I found these and they're COVERED AND THEN SOME with jerky. They can still be a bit hard but I can judge which ones to give to each dog accordingly to their ability to chew them. Plus, they were much cheaper than all the rest. Now, the price did go up from the first time I bought them to the second time and that was a bummer, but I continued to buy them and have been pleasantly surprised at they quality of them and their consistency in every bag. Ik this review is long but I truly hope it helps anyone that's dealing with similar situations and doesn't want to have to go hunting for the unknown. The price may have gone up but not more than the others and the quality is much better. Ty to the makers of these healthy treats.

My dogs are obsessed with these! I was trying to find some type a semi healthy dog treats and these have been great! The quality is great, they are thick and larger pieces than other brands too.

These are a little tough but the dog loves them and I like that it's a healthy treat.

My 6 pound yorkie loves these treats. And she is picky. My previous purchase was my first purchase and sad to say my last. Nothing wrong with product except one piece is too much for her and cutting them into thirds is a no go for me anymore. IMO it is very difficult buying a healthy and suitable treat for her is always challenging for those 2 reasons: Size and I like buying limited ingredient treats since she has HGE. In any case it’s time to repurchase her snacks and I dread the hunt. I have would put these on subscription if they would have worked out. I believe this is a very high quality product at a value AND Gracie doesn’t react to the ingredients which is extremely rare.
