I wish I would have believed all of the bad reviews on this product, it would have saved me a lot of hassles. This product does not bend around the wheel well, with any amount of heat and it does not adhere. Other than that it’s a great product. I gave it a 1 rating because 0 was not an option.

This product worked perfectly. I assumed the adhesive on it was not good. I bought some 3m super adhesion tape and put 2 strips on each trim piece. Used a heat gun and warmed up the trim for about 10-15 minutes to get it really flexible. Make sure you align it right the first as you apply. 2 person job to make it easy.

Too stiff to make much of a radius around a tire even when heated. 3M tape is okay but the rubber buckles with the turn unless the tire well is very large.

It does curve if you use hot hair dryer and stretch as you go along, but only recommend for less significant Arc and on totally undamaged surface. I was hoping to use this to cover rusted area along wheel well where I had done some smooth but not perfect repair work to. The adhesion was not good in that area and it was very hard to get it to stretch and curve there. Also needed to cut thinner for part of my installation due to the door area, but that was not very successful either. The cut part looks very obvious. I will need to find something better or just live without it. Maybe would work ok on smaller strip on completely clean, smooth surface with minimal curve.

This product is not designed for its advertised use. It’s just rubber stripping with an adhesive back. I had to spend hours with a heat gun molding it into the shape of an arch and it still isn’t right. the product has points on it that are kinked because this was a straight product forced to take the shape of an arch. I would recommend you move on and don’t waste your time on this product.

After my husband and I spent hours cleaning the area on the vehicle with alcohol to remove any grime or debris and installing this trim, applying painters tape temporarily to the vehicle to ensure adhesion and applying light heat to make sure the glue stuck… as soon as we removed the painters tape it fell right off the car. So not worth the time or money… very disappointed!

Does not work on small wheel arches like sedans. It seems to work on suv only! I’m about to return this garbage! It probably needs relief cuts to bend properly but not taking a chance!

I wish i could give 0 star. Poor product quality and seller didn’t reply and customer care couldn’t help. So disappointed. 😡
