This cream restores the moisture in loved one’s skin. My loved one in the nursing developed a bad skin condition from stage 3 kidney disease which caused her skin to become so dry it flacked and itched horribly. This cream is helping her skin stay soft and moist stopping the itching.

I have been using Cetaphil for over 15 years and often order it from Amazon. However, the top to one of the lotion containers arrived cracked. I could send it back but I need lotion now. I do not play about moisturizing my skin and for me, Cetaphil does a absolute wonderful job at keeping my skin moist and young looking. For me, the cream is a little heavier and does better with moisturizing dry skin in cold of the winter, althoigh I oftentimes use it year-round. I have and will continue to highly recommend Cetaphil products to friends and family members alike.

My dermatologist recommended this to me by name for my dry skin and eczema. He said there are a lot of products that are of equal quality, but this is the cheapest of them and equal in quality. I apply it liberally after a shower, and it keeps my legs soft for up to two days. I use it more sparingly on my hands at least once a day, and whenever they start feeling dry or itchy. (Using it sparingly lets me resume activity right after using it.) I don't like these tall jars, but I have two 8-oz jars from my first two purchases, and I refill them from the big jars. I keep one next to the shower and one on my desk.
