Great mug
Bought this for work. Got drinks taste way better than from a plastic travel mug. This item is compact and looks great. Great grip and heat protection on the hands. Have recommended to my colleague.

Good quality
Very sturdy product with a nice insulated sleeve, I personally never drink directly through the lid, so it would be even better if it came with a resealable lid instead

Feel the Heat
I just bought this as a new office mug but obviously with the intent to actually be in the office! 8 Weeks at home and Amazon becomes your new best friend!Design wise it looks really nice (I bought the grey option), however as a mug it does fall short a little bit.The thermal sleeve simply isn't that thermal and heat passes through it quite easily. It's not unbearable but when you just make that perfect cuppa you can really feel the heat through it. The glass itself (typically) should also provide a small level of insulation if using borosilicate given it's meant to have a low level of co-efficiency (thermal transfer/shock), but having brushed my fingers inadvertently across the glass a few times, it is really (really) hot to the touch so makes me question either if it is borosilicate at all, or just slightly thicker glass. It does cool down after 5 or 6 minutes, so it's not all bad and once it has it's not noticeable.Drinking out of the lid is a bit like going back to childhood using a 'sippy cup' and on first use you kind of have to get passed the rubber'ish feel/taste. There is some weight to the mug itself, so i'm not sure about carrying it around the office e.g. Kitchen > Desk as it doesn't really offer the convenience of using a handle (not thats what I bought it to do) but i almost fear its going to drop out of my had as it's quite heavy when full; i suppose in that instance you need to offset the use of thinner glass vs yet more heat!Overall it's ok, but time will tell if i get used to it.

Such a sturdy product!
This is such a lovely well-made glass cup, I used it for the first time today and it really kept my drink warm. It’s very pretty and has a good grip to stop it burning your hand. Would highly recommend this product!

Great tea cup
This cup really deserves compliments. I have an 8 oz. version of different brand and while it is more compact I'd prefer this 12 oz. version as it holds more water/liquids, is not much bigger, the lid and the sleeve hold well, and the colour that I have chosen is nice and has not faded so far. The sleeve actually fell and would not hold the first time that I used it with very hot water but after adjusting it pushing it to the top, it did not move from its position at all. No residual taste or colouring so far, very easy to clean with simple washing.

Great cup
This is my second purchase of the cup. I only had to buy a replacement as the lid split , but had had the cup for just under a year. It would be helpful if you could just purchase the lids. Lovley product, shame about the lids.

Way to heavy and fragile
It looks nice but no fit for purpose, it’s too heavy and it’s made if glass. It’s heavier than a glass from your kitchen. Ofcourse it broke and slipped out of my hand. Very sad.

Lovely to drink from
I drink tea and don't like the metal cups, I had a plastic reusable cup, but the molding failed and I ended up with tea everywhere, this can not happen with the glass cup. I only use the lid whilst travelling with the cup and generally take it off to drink. It can get very hot and the cover helps, but still warm when using boiling water. However, it is nice to drink from, no aftertaste like you get with a metal cup and the glass section washes up well in the dishwasher.
