100% Baby Alpaca Yarn 3 Skeins 150g DK Weight Knitting Crochet Ivory

This yarn is soft and beautiful. I have used it previously on different projects. It always knits/crochets up so nicely. The finished product is always pretty and very soft. If you can afford the price tag, then I recommend. I will say what everyone else has said. It is quite a small amount of yarn and therefore expensive for what you get. It is beautiful and fun to work with. Perfect material for making something warm for winter. I made my kids beanies. They keep them very warm and they’re not itchy. So consider if you mind the cost and for how much. You will need several for most projects (each ball is only 50 grams).

This yarn is super soft and high quality, making it great for gifts! The pictures of the scarf in making are about 2 and a half balls worth. I imagine I will need 5-6 balls to make a scarf, one thing people should take into account when buying this is that this may not be enough for a project like a scarf, and definitely not enough for something larger. It doesn’t shed, making it easy to crochet with. The cabling also shows up nicely with this yarn, which it hasn’t for other yarns I’ve tried. If I were to need alpaca yarn for another project, I would definitely purchase this brand again!

Such nice wool yarn! Warm! Very soft! I’ve made a few hats with these scanes to give away. Only confusion is it stretches out a little when washed in cold water. It shrinks a little in slightly warm water. Not sure a happy medium yet.

This yarn is wonderful. Once you use Alpaca yarn, all other yarns become inferior lol. For real, every year for many now, I crochet Christmas gifts for everyone on my list and the alpaca is just incredibly soft. This year I found this Alpaca for a great price, I am used to paying much more. But the quality is amazing. So so soft, absolutely no itch. I have had no knots or rejoins in any skeins I’ve used- and I’m going on skein 9. This yarn is consistent as in no thin or uneven spots in the skein. And as stated a worsted four yarn, and I’ve crocheted all these ear warmers with a 5mm hook and I’m happy with them. With any project just make sure you try and gauge how much yarn your project calls for. For reference, I can crochet four full ear warmers, with three skeins of this yarn on a 5mm hook, and have a little yarn left over. They are 19in long and about four inches wide. Overall this is the best price and quality yarn. So soft and luxe.

Beautiful, soft, luxurious yarn! It is expensive, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

I wasn't expecting this yarn to be dyed but be warned- it is. I ordered a few different colors and so far while wet blocking, the dark grey has bled the most. I don't get the sense that the dye will rub off while the product is being worn because I didn't notice anything while knitting, but I was a little disappointed that I didn't know about this before. Besides that, this yarn is pretty great. It's thinner than I wanted it to be but it's very soft and everyone is enjoying their presents. I doubled up for a lot of my projects so it took between 4 and 6 skeins for a scarf and about 2 or 3 for a hat, doubled. Definitely not cheap, even for alpaca wool in my experience. It is definitely alpaca wool though. All in all, I'll keep buying this for projects because it's accessible and available, but it doesn't beat my local alpaca farm wool in my opinion.

Buenísimo! Considera qué cada paquete tiene 3 bolitas o muy grandes. Hazle zoom a las fotos para ver el grosor del hilo y cuantas yardas trae. Para un proyecto mediano/grande se requeririan 3-4 paquetes de 3 bolas cada uno. La suavidad es de otro nivel y es 100% alpaca, nada mejor. Considera qué es un hilo de "lujo"

Es delgado el estambre, calcula bien para que no te falte. Color muy bonito y real al de la foto, lo recomiendo para prendas de bebé 🥰
