Push Down Bar - Chest Workout Equipment for Home Gym

I had purchased this only a few days ago, but I could tell straight away that it is a really solid product, as it feels well-built and effective in use. Each time I have used this so far, I have felt the typical after effects of a good workout, so I am confident that this product can produce good results with regular usage. Additionally, the service from the seller is excellent. I found the resistance to be a little lower than ideal, and after emailing them, I was immediately offered an upgrade to 40kgs, which I believe will be more suitable for my needs. This was promptly dispatched by the seller at no additional cost, without having to return my initial order. Therefore, I can only speak positively of my experience with both the product and the seller.

Great bit of kit. Very high quality of manufacture and should last many years. After using the equipment I feel like I have had a really hard but enjoyable workout. Customer service from the seller is top notch also. Highly recommended.

I'm impressed. However after reading all the previous reviews I decided to buy the 30kg version. However, in hindsight I should've gone for the next one up. Still happy though, just means I've got to do more reps!Works

When I saw product I asked others about what strength level to buy. I was told that even the base level 30kg is quite challenging but that the seller was very decent and would exchange if wrong level was ordered. The item arrived today, very quick delivery, and the first thing that struck me was the quality and care to attention. An exercise guide and even a small comfy mat for you to kneel in. The item itself is very sturdy and nicely ergonomic and obviously well engineered. The principle is similar to the old Bullworker ( remember them?) My Dad had one in the 1970's and as a youngster I could barely budge the thing. In use this item is much better than the Bullworker was , although to be fair I only received it today! The weight level ( 30kg) feels right for me and is fairly demanding. I am 56 years old, 5ft 7 , 75kg and can do 15 pull-ups in a row, deadlift 130kg, squat 110kg, and bench 80kg. I also have trained Must Thai for 40 years. So I am about average, possibly a little weak on pecs and 30kg is perfect for me. It's not easy and takes effort, but that is the idea isn't it!

This is a very useful, multipurpose workout item and has been helpful into easing me back into my workouts after quite a gap. A special mention to the sellers who swiftly sent out a replacement with nore suited resistance for me as I was stronger than the 30kg one purchased. It's refreshing to see such good customer service as its so rare these days. Good equipment and brilliant service :)

I never leave reviews but I’m making exception with this item . I ordered this machine in 30 strength thinking it was going to be fine . After it arrived, I quickly realised I should have ordered the 40 instead . I contacted the company and asked if it was possible to exchange the item . I received a quick reply saying they would send me the higher strength one for FREE! I’ve never experienced this from any seller on Amazon in many years of buying from the platform . As for the product itself , it is well made , sturdy and easy to follow instructions on how to use it . I 100% recommend that if you are thinking about purchasing this item then you should go ahead and so so . You definitely won’t regret it .

Great for all around resistance exercises. I use primarily for chest. Works great. I ordered the standard resistance which was a little bit difficult to compress. When I contacted customer service, they sent me the lighter weight version free of charge. No need to return original. This allows me to build my strength gradually and be able to eventually use the stronger resistance. Great deal. I highly recommend.

Nach einer kurzen Rückfrage, welche Stärke das Gerät hat, haben sie mir das 40 KG Gerät zugesandt. Das 30 KG Gerät durfte ich behalten. So ein guten Support hatte ich lange nicht mehr. Geräusch: Durch das Zusammendrücken der Federn machen diese Geräusche. Sie sind zwar nicht so laut, aber das sollte dennoch beachtet werden. Man gewöhnt sich aber nach kurzer Zeit bereits daran. Übungen: Ein Übungsheft wird bei der Bestellung mitgeliefert. Die Übungen sind leicht verständlich und gut machbar. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis: Anhand der Anzahl der Übungen kann man sich über das Gerät nicht beschweren. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fazit: Das Gerät ist stabil und die Übungen sind anstrengend.
