Jack Black True Volume Thickening Shampoo: Worth Every Penny!
I've tried countless shampoos over the years, and Jack Black True Volume Thickening Shampoo is hands down one of the best, if not the best I've ever used. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but trust me, it's worth every single penny. This shampoo has been a game-changer for me. It not only delivers on its promise of volume (my hair feels noticeably thicker and fuller), but it also tackled my lifelong dandruff issue! No more embarrassing flakes or resorting to those awful-smelling tar shampoos. What really sets this shampoo apart is the experience. It has a refreshing tingle and a fantastic scent that elevates my whole shower routine.Overall:If you're looking for a high-quality shampoo that delivers real results and a luxurious experience, look no further. Jack Black True Volume Thickening Shampoo is a winner. It's helped me achieve thicker, healthier hair and finally say goodbye to dandruff. Highly, highly recommend!

Expensive, but lasts forever
This stuff smells like oranges to me but, I like the smell of oranges. I don't notice the smell after putting it on. A few women have commented that they like the way my hair smells, although they only said so after sticking their nose in my hair and smelling it. I didn't notice much difference in the volume department, but I have pretty thick hair to begin with. The parts where I am thinning DO look slightly better, but don't expect it to give you a full head of hair or anything. I do like how long you can make a bottle stretch. I use a very small amount like maybe the size of a Nickle when putting it in my hand to apply to my head, and it's enough to get a really thick lather. Overall, I am pretty happy with it!

Really nice
I really like this shampoo. It smells like lemon cough drops, but as soon as you put conditioner on, it overpowers the cough drop smell. I just end up smelling like my leave in conditioner. I feel very clean after using this, and my hair is soft, even though I know it needs cut. (hair that needs trimmed usually feels like straw). I haven't noticed too much volumizing yet, but I would say that my hair sits in a pretty way for a lot longer than it has with other shampoos. I don't style my hair, so that's really nice. I do wish you got more in a bottle for the price, however. Overall, I would say it was a win.

The price you pay is worth it.
I have had plenty of issues with shampoos leaving my hair feeling dry and making dandruff/dry scalp getting worse. 3 weeks into using the JB shampoo and separate conditioner I have a totally different hair feel and nourished scalp. DO NOT buy into things like Head & Shoulders, it makes it worse. If you pay $10 for a shampoo & conditioner in one you will get $10 results. The basic size for this shampoo will last me 6 months so $30 is worth it. I was hesitant at first buying but I love it and will remain a consistent buyer.

Back in 2018 I was looking for a way to not go into Ulta to buy this and purchased on Amazon from a seller but there was something funky about it. Now it comes directly from Jack Black and theres a huge difference.

Somethings changed… and not for the better
This has been my go to shampoo for years now. Its worked great up until the most recent one i ordered. As soon as i opened it i noticed the fragrance was waaaay stronger than usual. Every time i use it, it makes my scalp super itchy. It just proves what people say, there is definitely a correlation between fragrance and negative effects on the body. Not sure if this is just a bad batch, or the new recipe. Debating whether or not to order again. This last bottle is pretty bad so leaning heavily towards no
