Tuffy 10" Wide Deluxe Stereo Security Console

This is the second one I've put in an old Jeep. First one went into a Wrangler and was better fitted to the floor. This same version "fits" in a CJ7, but leaves a huge amount of space under it, that space could easily be more storage.Tuffy should consider an accessory organizing system. I made my own with sheet steel.But overall, the Tuffy is the best of the ones I've purchased. Be tough to break into or break loose. So it does the job of securing the stereo and some other small items well.

Build is very good. Will supply a picture once I get it install in my Bronco.

Best money that I’ve spent on my Jeep. The console is almost too big inside, so I have to refrain from putting everything I own inside.

An indispensable thing for an open Jeep. Many recommended of this model is for CJ7, but it is too wide. Covers a fastening of a seat belt of the passenger. Option 8" is much better. My armrest had 2 defects. 1) Jams the lock when opening. The problem was solved by removing the aluminum cover of the lock. 2) the welding seam is Separated.

Replaced cheaper console previously installed, have used Tuffy Box many times in builds I have done for quailty and fit can't beat them.
