I bought this initially for my dog (28kg) for aching limbs due to his age - initially 1 twice per day, but now just one per day. My husband started one capsule per day and I occasionally take it - all for age related aches and to be fair, it does seem effective, there seems to be a visible added bonus with our dog who is susceptible to a sensitive stomach as it firms up his stools and seemed to bring back a natural 'rhythm' to his movements . I then bought a bottle for my Mom (age 76) to help with the pain of a broken wrist. I can report that it didn't necessarily help with the wrist, but it has most definitely helped with Raynaud’s disease - the extremities of her hands and feet turn white and sometimes blue due to lack of blood circulation. My Mom has been taking just 1 capsule a day for this positive effect to take place.Please bear in mind though, that Turmeric will thin your blood, so stop taking it before any surgery. Also I think it can cause problems for people susceptible to kidney stones, so please check with your doctor.

I have been using these for a couple of weeks. I had a mild back pain and it seemed to go as soon as I started taking them, although I can't be certain it was because of them.I don't really like the way that they write Tumeric-Curcumin on the package. The product is actually Tumeric powder, which naturally contains about 5% Curcumin. When they call it Tumeric-Curcumin it gives the impression that they have extracted Curcumin from the Tumeric, leaving only Curcumin, but that is not the case. If it's just organic Tumeric powder, you could buy that in bulk for a fraction of the price.I also don't like that the product description states 1800mg. That amount refers to taking three capsules.Each capsule contains black pepper, which is good for improving the absorbability of Curcumin but the amount at 10mg seems low.

A friend recommended this product as I suffered from severe joint and muscle pains for 4 years after a serious accident resulting in multiple fractures in my foot which can't be surgically repaired. As the turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties I wanted something organic as taking Ibuprofen actually makes me feel nauseous. In addition I have been prescribed other medication which failed to work. I have only just started taking these capsules so too early to tell if they will help however having studied all your customer reviews they appear to provide a good result. What I am really impressed with was SASH Vitality Ltd sent me an email after receiving my capsules advising how many to take and best time for maximum benefit. Also tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle which is informative and helpful. Nice to know some companies still have ethics and I am impressed with their Customer service and thoroughly recommend this company and looking forward to the long term benefits of these Capsules believe me I have tried everything to relieve my symptoms!

I ordered these because I had been suffering from siatica for about 7 months and nothing else was working. I cant take the normal medication handed out by doctors and a physio helped a bit but not for long. The pain was intense so as a last resort I tried these. At first I was taking 3 a day. I'm now on my second bottle and only taking 2 a day. I have been pain free for about a month now. I still cant believe it. I'm still taking them because they are beneficial for lots of things. They are quite large but easy to swallow with water. The company are great to deal with. They arrived quickly and then I had an email with advice on how to take them followed later by another checking how I was doing. Very happy with the product, company and customer service. I will certainly be buying again.

I actually prefer the same one by Sash without the ginger . I think my skin dries up with the ginger . It is amazing for inflammation but not all pain as some pain is nerve pain ( sciatica ). But also it acts on me as an anti depressant . And it’s great . I came off seroxat on it .Take care as it thins ur blood . I find I have more nosebleeds and they take longer to stop . Do check all contraindications with other pharma meds and supplements even HRT . I’m on HRT and still taking it . But repeat , I prefer the one without ginger by Sash . It’s just above it and a little cheaper . It has completely eradicated my anxiety induced overnight back pain

I don’t usually Leave Feedback If I went into a shop to buy something if they ask me to fill out form I probably would not buy it.But I am going to make an exception for this product.I have had arthritis for a good few years fellow sufferers will know that it can strike any joint at any time. Also for at least 8 weeks I have had a bout of sciatica just to make life more miserable.I could not bend my right knee or put any weight on the knee.Went to see my GP a good “old boy” usual thing, pain killers go easy on the Ibuprofen.By pure chance while looking for something else on Amazon I came across the listing for this product I had read about it but like many of you I am sure if you read about it in the tabloids you think just another Miracle cure.Well I got that wrong.So, I thought What can you buy for 12:99 these days any port in a storm give a go.Any way I did buy to try just to make sure I stopped the Ibuprofen and pain killers.I took3 capsules spaced over a day after 3 days there was improvement within 7 days I could bend my knee and I could walk upstairs carrying my body weight.I have 2 friends one 80 yrs. and one 90 who I recommended SASH turmeric to both have reported a good improvement after taking this product.I don’t think that it can be coincident we are experiencing the same relief.And the other point is even at 3 a day the that’s just about 44 days’ worth.I hope if you read this review you will find it helpful.
