I was suffering from severe dry eyes to the point that I could no longer wear my contact lenses. I was devastated because I hate wearing my glasses and was considering getting Lipiflow treatments which would have set me back about $900. So, I decided to try the Tranquileyes first and boy am I glad I did! I got the reusable microwaveable ones and used them for 20 minutes every day. After two weeks, I began to feel significant relief from my dry eyes and was able to start wearing my contacts again. I continued to use the pads every day and after 5 months, my dry eye condition completely cleared up and I no longer need to use the product. It's been 9 months now and I'm able to wear my contacts for 12-18 hours without any issues. The only negative comment would be that one of the straps from the goggles popped off after about three months of use but I was able to patch it up with some scotch tape and the product still work fine that way.

I've had a lot of issues with extreme eye dryness secondary to incomplete eye closure when sleeping which caused corneal abrasions. I started wearing just the goggles at night when sleeping along with a thick eye lubricant and they have really helped protect my eyes and keep them from drying out. They are quite expensive but they have been amazing for my needs.

These are definitely not high quality like other reviewers stated – not worth that high price tag at all. The gel pads on the XL rest not on top of eyes but to the side and have an awkward pressure on the eye. The straps are cheap elastic that are hard to adjust and because of it will not last. The memory foam is also flimsy and appears low quality. They do block out the light very well (but that's not their purpose). I am sending these back!!

My pods are working well after almost 6 months of nightly microwaving.Good product, works well especially if the mini version puts pressure directly on the eyes. This one rests on the bone around the eye socket and is much more comfortable for me.I tend to sleep in mine and while I can get higher heat with a handtowel these goggles are better at staying put if your head needs to move or if you lay on your side.

They didn't work for me however the seller sent me a prepaid return label and promised a full refund. Definitely worth trying risk free to see if they work for you.

This is a replacement for a set I bought from my doctor to treat my sjogrens. My eyes are no longer painful all day every day. Thank you!

I was looking forward to using this product for my dry eyes . The piece arrived but when I opened the package , the connection between the 2 eye shields was open. I tried to fix it but it is like a pair of spectacles broken at the bridge . Cannot use it . Requested a refund . Very disappointed

Eye doctor recommended this product for my husband, saying it would be easy to use and provide much-needed relief for dry eye symptoms, and relaxing after a long day. Ha! The care, maintenance, steps for use, foam inserts, fabric pockets, net bag, filtered/bottled water, kitchen equipment, need to boil beads after use to 'reset' them.........Don't waste your time or hard-earned money on this product!!!! So very disappointed.
