Can i check this battery in on the plane?

Hello
Having been a former 37 year employee at United
and also at one time a Hazardous Materials Coordinator,
NO!!!  However...check with Air Freight of the airline
you plan to fly on and ask them about shipping it as freight.
If they do allow it, more than likely, it will be treated as
hazardous material and must meet their regulations as
to acceptance. Be assured, is will NOT be in the cabin of the
aircraft.

Not fully understanding the basis of your question and your specific application, let me provide a few "answers" that may help you.  First, while SLA (sealed lead acid) batteries are "sealed," they also are vented.  That's why charging inside a sealed volume is not permitted.  That's because the hydrogen gas generated during charging must be allowed to dissipate.  If you were charge this style battery underwater, I'm confident that water would eventually migrate into the cells causing failure of the battery.  This style of battery is best described as rain-proof which means it will survive when exposed to moisture, such as rain, but cannot survive submersion.  Good luck with your application.

Will this run a 12 volt boat trailer mover or for how long ?

This should power a boat trailer mover, but the length of time will be relatively short, but it depends upon the load requirements of the specific motor.  You should be able to find the recommended battery for your mover.  If you can't, measure the space for the battery and buy the largest one that will fit the space.  You'll need to look at the specs that are available at the various battery manufacturer's website.  Good luck.

Any warranty?

I believe it had a 1year warranty with an extra 3 months if you registered it.  My battery is over a year old and still holds a very good charge and  has no issues recharging.  It gets minimal usage as it is only needed as a backup source.
