Solid Side by Side Umbrella Stroller
I love this stroller for my twins. The straps are easily adjustable for kids of different sizes. It took some practice to get the setup and breakdown working efficiently. I did add the stroller liners since we are in the South and black strollers can heat up quickly.Pros- This is a sturdy stroller that is easy to push around most city type situations (read side walks). If you are going off terrain check out the City Select by Baby Jogger. For a side by side stroller it can fit through most doors and does not have long footprint (as opposed to a wide footprint) for when eating out.It does collapse but still takes up space in terms of width which is not an issue for an SUV or Minivan but can became one for Sedans.Lightweight (relatively) for a double stroller. The seats fully recline which is a big deal with newborns who do not have the head control necessary for sitting up. It also comes in handy when of my kids falls asleep as we are about.Being a side by side stroller my twins get an 'equal' view of the scenery. The canopies do extend pretty far out to keep your babies out of the sun.Adjustable foot rests so your kids legs don't just dangle.I love the black color which is water resistant and easy to clean. I did buy liners to help with clean up and to keep the kids from getting to hot in the sun.ConsPrice pointCannot add car seats to my knowledge (but then this is an umbrella stroller)Side by Side Stroller (If you're considering a tandem stroller check out the Kinderwagon Hop Tandem Double Stroller).

Worst stroller yet….
I was on a search for an umbrella-like (in terms of weight and compactness) stroller that has the following features: big sunshade for my 2 girls, easy to maneuver, easy to fold, decent light-weight (as all good doubles are a bit heavy with mid to high 20lbs), compact for travel, flat/almost flat fold for sleeping and adjustable leg rests. I saw this and said, wow this fits the bill to the T!!!! I got this stroller (although I got the 2016 model, not much different) and immediately thought NO WAY! First off, this stroller IS not 26 lbs but that's the base weight without pretty much anything, like the basket underneath, canopies, straps….the box itself had a warning that said for 2 people to carry due to the weight. Out of the box easy to assemble as all you have to do is put on the sun shades. The stroller seats are very narrow although the stroller itself is not. The handling is extremely awkward because of the billion wheels, 2 sets of 3 double wheels or 12, YES 12 wheels! When you fold it up it ALLL the wheels are super overwhelming, the stroller is awkward when folded and very difficult to just throw around like you'd expect of an umbrella. You're much much better off paying a little more (what's a little more in THIS price range) and get the uppababy glink (same features, easier fold, more compact, only 4 single wheels not 12 and truly 26lbs). I'm not really sure what this stroller would be best for, because it's not the park/zoo due to the terrible tires, not quick trips because way way too heavy/big/cumbersome…..I have the following strollers which I use frequently to give you a comparison what I consider good/great….I have the single and double summit X3 for jogging and more off the beaten path trails, baby jogger city mini GT double 2016 version, uppababy g-luxe single (just ok, hate the sunshade as it is not as big as advertised, wheels are terrible and folded is still big) and the 2012 uppababy vista.

The best every day stroller!
I tried everything out there and finally settled on this double stroller as the best all around every day stroller.Only drawbacks are:You have to move the back of the canopy out of the way to put stuff in the storage underneath. However, the baskets fit a medium size bag each, which is pretty good for an umbrella stroller. I do hang my big heavy diaper bag across the handles, which you cannot do with a lot of other umbrella strollers.Double umbrella strollers dont have the options to rear face or take car seats, so you might need something to get you through the infant stage.Pros:One handed recline that is flat enough for a newborn. Even if your children only want to sit straight up, when they are tired you will wish you had a recline and footrest. I bought another stroller without those features and can only use it for quick errands.Good maneuverabilityFits in trunk! Could not use my other favorite stroller because the fold was too big and awkward, had to return.Would not take this hiking but is just fine on cracked asphalt and broken sidewalks.Feels sturdy, which along with the great handles and suspension makes it comfortable to push. This stroller is not super light but the fold and the side handle make it easy to put in your car. I got used to it and I'm a wimp. My advice is to go cheap or find something used for a travel system and spend on this as your long term stroller because your kids are babies for a short time only, and you really can use this from birth through toddler years and probably until you don't even need a stroller anymore. My tall and heavy 3 year old fits just fine in this as well as my 6 month old twins, and the twins even sleep in it!
