Very nice.Comes with two velcro tabs for keeping excess tidy after rolling up. I really like that.It's thick, 3/8th of an inch, so better filtration :)Update: last pic shows the gray smoke it removed from my air in about a week when duct-taped to air intake of window AC unit.

We have one of those steel compost bins in the kitchen. Every once in a while it needs a new carbon filter in the lid. You can generally find pre-cut carbon filters that will fit the lid, but they are a little expensive. We also have stove hood filters that use a stainless steel mesh filter, but do little to alleviate the smells of cooking.With this large 16"x48" carbon filter sheet, I was able to cut several round replacement filters for our compost bin (and a couple of extras for the in-laws), plus carbon filters for our stove hood. And I still had enough leftover for a replacement carbon filter for our Fellowes air purifier. The material cuts easily with a decent pair of scissors and does a good job preventing and removing odors.

Good price lasts a long time

I have been using this item for 6 years and found that it is the best replacement for the original. By buying the large piece of material it allows for the cutting to match both of my air cleaners. Easy yo cut and it fits just like the pre made versions.

I have an old air cleaner, no filters available. This carbon fabric lets me cut the size it needs. I keep the rest sealed to prevent deactivation.

Nice and well made simply cut to fit very pleased

I like that it does reduced the fish tank water odor. But had to be cleaned constantly because is very dense and traps many small particles which is not a bad thing. I prefer activated charcoal granules.
