Purchased to use with new electric power washer and foam cannon. Purchased based on all the positive reviews. Lots of foam as expected. Thick, and washes clean. I do find it does leave a shiny gloss post wash. Personal preference I use this mixed with some other Chemical Guys wash and get some really great smelling and thick foam that works well in our cannon. A little of this goes a long way. I initially purchased the small bottle, but then went with the larger refill as this is my go-to wash based on how it leaves the car shiny after the wash. Lots of soap options out there, I have been using Chemical Guys products to clean the car for a long time and this product is quality just like all the others.

You may be wondering; why I need car wash soap when I can just use dish soap, and in some cases, you might get by with that but let me tell you. Once you use this soap you won’t ever want to go back. The reason I say this is because of its awesome smell and the great job it does. I used this for the first time in my foam sprayer and it worked great even with a lower PSI pressure washer I still get great foam. I even used it in the bucket for the wash mitts and it did a great job mixing in the water. I think a major part of the product is the smell. It gives off a strong citrus/ orange smell that I find amazing. Some Chemical Guys products are overpriced in my opinion, but this one is worth the money and I will be buying it again.

This is my first time trying Chemical Guys CWS_808_16 Hybrid Foaming High Gloss Car Wash Soap VO7. I am extremely happy with the way my wife's car turned out. It came out extremely Glossy just like it was advertised. I used the foam Canon from Chemical Guys and the suds were so full it was awesome. I will definitely use more of their products.

If you’re going to use this to basically wash your car. I would say wash your car first with some regular car wash soap to really clean it, than wash it with this to make it shine. I use this to do a fast detail for customers who don’t want the full service but want that detail shine. I usually wash it with some basic stuff to really remove all the dirt and grim, and brake dust. Dry it off, rinse again, and then hit it with that stuff and then use the spray detailer that goes with it. Not really good for just washing your car. But good to make your car shine.

As a truly professional detailer, I’ve tried probably a hundred or more car wash shampoos and I’m constantly searching for the best. For washing a vehicle that’s already been protected very well, the goal is to be able to wash the vehicle without removing protective coatings and without creating any wash induced swirls. This shampoo is very concentrated, suds up very well with a small amount, foams the vehicle very well when using a pressure foam gun, and it’s very slick and lubricated. It truly does not strip protective coatings. A lot of washes make this claim but this is one of the few that actually delivers on what it says. The finish seems to look better and better with every wash and because it’s so slick, it’s great at helping to avoid creating any wash marks. This car wash shampoo is by far my favorite so far!

I'll say that right of I've used chemical guys honey dew wash and Adam's wash in my foam cannon prior to buying this. Both are really great car wash solutions. And both smell better than this. I'm not crazy about the orange scent.But the amount of gloss this wash achieves is undeniable. I'll never be able to use another wash solution again on a black car. When applied with a foam cannon (must have equipment) this stuff is magic. It cleans exceptionally well without being harsh on the paint. After drying, the paint is super shiny with a nice snuck feel. This wash is almost like applying a mediocre wax. If you put down a premium wax after, it'll look better than the day you bought your car.If you like orange scent then this is the perfect care wash solution. And even off you're not craft about the smell like me, this is still the best car wash solution I've ever used.

Car cleaning

The only knock I’d give it is price - it’s worth every penny when on sale. Yes the foam is a little thinner than the usual soaps but the cleaning and gloss/shine is exceptional. Orange scent is mild but acceptable.

Very good car shampoo, a little pricey but a little goes a long way. The best I have used! Will buy again.
