The product itself was not damaged. The box which was labeled as new. Is crushed and will not stay closed. The funko itself falls out and the box cannot remain level. Should clarify box quality when labeled "new'

This was a present for my boyfriend and the amount I paid I would have assumed that the box would have come in a perfect condition. All around the box it seems very scuffed and little bits that are torn. Inside is fine but the outside box is the most important part and looks very tacky.
