RichardsonButter Mints, 5.5 Ounce (Pack of 3)

These were delicious! They are larger than the Pastel Mints and they do have actual Butter in the ingredients. You can taste the difference if you have both “side by side”. But I’m not sure I would have known if there was a difference if I didn’t have some Pastels left to compare. I’m not a “butter” mint snob but from reading other reviews these could definitely be improved with MORE butter.They are definitely way more “messy” than the pastel mints. They are more…powdery?… Fingers are always left with a slight dusting of sugar that I did not notice at all with the Pastel mints and I ate those by the handful!All in all, these satisfied my craving and I would buy them again!

I try to keep a dish on the table. When we walk by we take some to munch on while doing homework, housework or going to watch TV.Sometimes we circle around and go by my the table a second or even a third time.Thank you for a quality product. I highly recommend it to all the family and friends.

I've placed two orders for these butter mints. The first was fulfilled by Terrific Deal and was authentic Richardson's brand. Delicious & fresh.Second order was fulfilled by the New Mall and DID NOT appear to be authentic Richardson's. I also tasted them and they didn't taste the same at all.The true Richardson's butter mints come in a sealed yellow bag with the Richardson's logo. The other product came in a sealed clear bag with no logos but a printed sticker that said Richardson's.

I had these at an Amish store one day as a sample, but they were so expensive! Came home and immediately looked them up on Amazon. Very good price, and absolutely delicious. Light, airy and buttery, they satisfy even the biggest sweet tooth, yet they are not overly sweet. I've eaten them by the handful, and I've also thrown some in with popcorn, or used them as an ice cream topper. So good!

These taste different than the buttermints in used to; however, they are sweet and buttery, so still much better than a lot of other options available on Amazon (especially those individually wrapped crap-mints that are just really strong mints). So these are worth a try if you are like me and looking for a sweet and buttery buttermint.

I love butter mints and love these mint. I ate what I wanted and put the rest in the freezer to keep them fresh. No issues with product, expiration date was way out and arrived with no broken pieces. I would recommend if you like butter mints and the price was great also.

I had purchased this in the hope that these were the same butter mints that I enjoyed as a kid 40+ years ago. I had not seen them in the stores, so that is why I turned to Amazon. The verdict? They are every bit as wonderful as they were in my memory. The way they dissolve when you just suck on them is exactly the same too.
