I had some staining under my console pet seat in my car. At first the stain from teh pet carrier didnt come off but I applied more of this and then put a towel under the carrier before reattaching it and over time, the towel and cleaner rubbed off the marks.

I used this on the black leather seats in my '15 Chevy Silverado 1500 in combination with the Carfidant leather cleaner and I am thrilled with the ease of application and the results of this product. I feel the texture, smell, and look of the leather is equivalent to much more expensive details I have gotten in the past but only took me about an hour to do every leather surface in my truck and a fraction of the cost. I was able to remove months of mud, dirt, and stains with minimal work and a few microfiber towels. I do recommend applying the conditioner with the included pad in small areas so that you can work the conditioner in and then IMMEDIATELY buff with a microfiber cloth. I had to redo a few areas where I waited too long to buff and the leather was showing streaks of the product and too shiny looking. Buffing ~10 seconds after application gave me plush and healthy looking leather.

I liked that the ultimater leather conditioner brought back some luster to the leather seats in an older used truck that I recently purchased. Also, the conditioner does not contain any overbearing scents and I was very pleased that it did not. Sometimes I am unable to use products because of scents that irritate my sinuses. The product is very easy to use.I changed my rating from 5 stars to 4 because of a customer service aspect. When I received my product there was a note stating that I won a free detailing product and it gave the email address to claim the free product. However, unless you provide a comment review and upload a picture of the review, you will be unable to redeem the "free" product. I didn't mind completing a comment review, but I did mind having to take a picture of the review and submitting to them. Thereby being unable to redeem the "free" product.

Used it on my leather couch, car interior and antique leather chair. Especially brought my antique leather chair back to life. It has never felt so soft and supple. Great product!!

Looks like a nice leather cleaner. Just started to use it, so will know more in time.

Puts a nice shine to the leather and makes it look healthy

It leaked in transit as the bottle and enclosed applicator cloth were both wet and sticky. The trigger for the sprayer broke off the first time I tried squeezing it. Time will tell if this product will restore my long-neglected leather car seats that have dried out in the Arizona desert air, but I regret not just going to an auto parts store to purchase a similar product.

I received this after a long wait only to discover the bottle had a hole in it and leaked out all over the closets that came with it. However, I did receive a full credit for it.and decided to purchase other product from store close by.
