It came nicely boxed with directions, a cloth, cap and a charging cable. It needed to be charged for at least two hours. . After charging it worked beautifully, just as nicely as the Brand name product I use. However, it does not attach magnetically. But of course, it is not as expensive. I highly recommend the Stylus Pen. I couldn't believe they are still $100 to replace. I have never been wholly happy with it so spending that much money was just unthinkable. I was very surprised to find a decent selection of third party stylus products for my surface. This one interested me because of the width. What is the deal with every stylus being so thin/narrow? Skinny little pen devises feel terrible and are hard to hold. This one is such a great width. The tip is not flexible so it doesn't bend but it is readily responsive to the screen. I don't really use the click features, or at least haven't had a need yet, so I can't advise on those features. Ultimately, for the price especially, this is a great value and a great product. I highly recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Gets stuck in down position *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 20, 2019* This pen works great until it doesn't.It generally left smooth lines on the screen, the buttons worked, the battery fit, everything was fine. However, after just a few weeks of using it daily, the tip became stuck in the "pushed down" position. In other words, it thought I was touching it to the screen when I was just hovering above the screen, meaning it left lines all over the place. The pen is built in such a way that when it gets stuck, it's quite difficult to pull the tip out of its socket, and even when I do it gets stuck the next time I touch it to the screen. So to put it simply, using it for a short time was enough to make this pen unusable. Look for a different product.EDIT: The seller was willing to send me a replacement pen due the the malfunction, and it has been working well so far. Their customer service was excellent, and they were quick to respond.
