Good Read but Designed More for More Advanced
More advanced may have not been the best description more like more cheese. The recipes are mostly for five gallons of milk and that sounds commercial to me. There are good dinner recipes and a visit to several start from scratch farms to make this a good cheese book and the basics for calibration are all in inside. Too much work for me. I am looking for more of a home artisan style with small two to three gallon recipes.
