These fit perfectly into my shoe. I didn't have to do any cutting or adjusting. They are so comfortable. I have high arches, and these are exactly what I needed. They were recommended by my podiatrist.

Bought the Powerstep insole over a week ago to aid in my recovery from Plantar Fasciitis.. It feels great when I walk, comfortable and well made. Seems to have worked in temporarily eliminating my plantar fasciitis, no issues when I walk. I highly recommend this product for your feet.

I use these insoles for plantar fasciitis and it helps my heals more than I could ever imagine.

I bought these to replace a similar pair I had bought from a foot doctor here in Texas. They are very similar but the top layer of foam fabric is different. So far I like them.

Works really good for my husbands feet. His shoes dont last as long and hopefully they will keep supporting his feet when he buys his next pair of shoes which will be soon. They give him good support and do help with pain, but his feet are hurting again as his shoes need replaced. So even with these support soles you still need to keep up with replacing your shoes.

The Dr. literally went on the cellphone to Amazon, and told me to get "THIS" exact Item which I did for Plantar Fasciitis and heel spur relief. They do take up quite a bit of room (height) in your shoes so may not fit all style of shoes. Luckily they fit perfect in mine and I noticed the difference right away. My pain is getting less each day but there is no magic! It does take time but I won't go without them from now on.

Provided adequate arch support but not a good as the Copper Fit adjustable arch supports.

I health walk 5 miles,plus extra just walking steps daily.I had put on an older pair of walking shoes , didn't look at what was in them for supports. I had hip ,leg,back,foot pain. I'm 72, I thought this is it old age moving in.I went to national advertised foot store. 1800.00 was the price of their fix.I said No that plastic cost 25 cents in China to make. Went home pulled out other shoes, and the ones I had been wearing, old old old supports were in those shoes Ordered the Power step pinnacle Maxx in 1/2 a day my pain was getting less, 2 days later all pain was gone.Im not getting Old ,just stupid. That's for the fix.By the way I have used this product for 20 plus years after Dr told me to use them. I think you need to replace maybe every 6 months when you walk alot.
