The product is faulty and the manufacturer, although very polite, was unable to provide a replacement part. Suggested I return or request a refund, but only after delaying me until it is too late to get return it for a refund.

Had to unscrew the whole thing as the paper under the plastic was sticking up all over and the ball would get stuck under the paper.

Pin Ball Machine
I bought one of these for each of my young grandsons for Christmas, though disappointed in the simplicity of the machine. They don't play much with it.
