I hope this helps someone. My unit came with a stuck confirm button--which was causing headaches. The fix, there are (4) screws on the backside of the lcd panel (on the half that contains the LCD panel not the half that get screwed into the junction box). I basically had back off the screw (there's only one) that was right near the confirm button a ~quarter turn and everything ended up working just fine. Now it's working great. With the switch in the off position, if you hold down the confirm button for 3 seconds, it lets you change a number of operational parameters (I wasn't able to do this before). You have to reference the manual for what each of the parameter settings are.

I bought this unit to control a 2000W King wall heater in a small outbuilding. It is easy to use and easy to read with large digital numerals. When first installed, it consistently read about 6 deg. F too high. However, the instruction sheet with the unit clearly explains how to recalibrate it.

Easy to install. Menu offers significant number of options, from light display to settings for minimum and maximum temp control (keep kids from cranking up heat!)

My customer wanted an accurate thermostat to replace their old one and have a digital display for easy reading of temperature. It was easy to install and the customer was very happy!!

Bought it along w/King toe-kick heater for major master bath renovation. When unit is turned off the LED screen displays a very large font “OF” (that’s not a typo, it displays “OF”). I contacted customer support via e-mail and received a reply in all CAP letters starting they only have room for 2 letters and that’s why it doesn’t display OFF. How do I know it’s on a glitch and is supposed to display “ON?” I think for the money and how nice the product looks it should have the ability to display OFF and not OF. And for that reason, I’m returning and replacing w/another thermostat.
