Is this good for getting rid of hard water stains on glass, ceramic, porcelain? I use full strength vinegar now and it's great, but stinky.

Yes, you can. I've used it on tile, glass, wood and ceramic. Even a small quick spritz on granite, but wipe off quickly. This product still has a vinegar smell to it, but not like full strength vinegar. I don't mind the scent at all. I have wondered what it would be like to put pure organic oils(mint, lemon etc..) mixed with vinegar. This is convenient and works well without chemicals.

Why are the actual ingredients not shown anywhere?? It also seems like it's not 'suggested' to use on an awful lot of items/areas.

I’ve been using mainly on kitchen surfaces and tables. Ingredients as listed on the back are: distilled white vinegar, sugar surfactant, polyglycerl-6, polyglycerl-4 caprate, juniper oil, rosemary oil, lavender oil, eucalyptus oil, lavandin oil.

Can you use this to clean costume jewelry?

Since it has white vinegar in it, I wouldn’t risk it.

can it be used in a steam cleaner?

I only use it to kill unwanted weeds.
