What is included with this? Are there different loading bars and bushings included?

There is only one loading bar a 3/4 oz. of shot and with three powder bushings 14, 16 and 21.

Wil it load steel shot

Mec makes a machine just for seel last i knew it was black in color and called the steel master, as far as using this one yes you can with the proper change out of parts, i would recommend just buying the steel dedicated one though.

No extra bars, but it comes with a bar and bushings. Suggest you look up the MEC bushing chart to order the bushing you want for your charge. I believe the bar is a 5/8ths shot charge. You can order other shot bars as well.
