This is a great supplement to support bone growth with calcium and Vitamin D. I like that it has Ashwaganda (good for bone growth AND overall health and stress reduction) and Astragalus (supports bone growth but ALSO offers immune and respiratory support) It’s a one month supply. There’s no unpleasant smell or aftertaste, and the gel capsules are easy to swallow.

They arrived! First time my son will use them I bought (3) 60 capsules. Count the first bottle only 58 and 1 empty capsule. Can review if it works yet! Little disappointed by less capsules than advertised.

The last 2 bottles we got were only 59 capsules, not 60. At first I thought it was just a mistake but this is a subscription so the next one delivered I counted as soon as we got the bottle ans it was still missing 1. Even though it’s nonrefundable I reached out to Amazon Customer Service and they refunded me for this last bottle. Now I’ve cancelled my subscription and don’t know what I will order instead, it’s such a niche product. But other than that it’s helped my son to grow taller in the beginning. Now it has slowed down or maybe stopped working. Maybe it’s a sign we should just stop buying it.

My son has been taking the capsules for one month. No change in his height. He is 14 and a multi sport athlete that eats fairly well and gets 8-9 hours of sleep each night. He was already 5’10” with his growth chart projecting 6’0” to 6’4” so I guess I was just hoping to get there a little quicker? If these would have “worked”, who’s to say he wouldn’t have grown the exact same in the last 30 days without taking these??! I’m mad I fell for the scam.

So for the experience with TruHeight capsules has been wonderfully positive. My daughter is not only growing taller but also has more energy, overall feels healthier and more robust. I highly recommend this product to other parents since it is definitely a safe and effective product for their child's height growth supplement.

I Didn't see any growth after 2mths of using, wouldn't recommend if you're past puberty.
