Clio Kill Waterproof Pen Liquid Eyeliner - Long-Lasting, Precise, Smudge-Proof, Quick-Drying, Rich Colour - 01 Kill Black

Bought this on the strength of the reviews here and elsewhere, hoping that at last I had found an eyeliner that would not budge with my watery eyes. Unfortunately not. The 'flicks' lasted about an hour, if that! The search continues.

I've tried at least 30 different eyeliners (despite many recommendations and buying from the cheapest to most expensive and none really performed) and this is the first with no transfer or budging and I'm so pleased. (thanks jennytwong on You Tube)

Easy to use

I used an inexpensive eyeliner for years and was very happy with it. Then I found out that this amazing eyeliner existed and was sold. It was 3x more than my old eyeliner but so worth it. It goes in easily, stays without smudging, easy to hold....the only gripe I have is that it does not last as long as my old eyeliner...seems like I can get a month use of it (yes I use it everyday and like the cat eye look) so this gets used day and night. Sometimes I can get over a month of use but not always. I purchased direct from the manufacturer but took forever to ship so love that this is available from Amazon! Highly recommend this eyeliner, it's amazing.

i’ve been using japanese liquid eyeliners, such as dollywink and kiss me heroine, for many years. they’ve always worked well for me but the brush tip would always dry out pretty quickly, and i would have to swatch the eyeliner several times in order to get the ink flowing again.i wanted to give the CLIO eyeliner a try because i heard the cap is airtight and the eyeliner is less likely to be dry at the tip, making the application much easier and less time consuming.this is only my second time using this eyeliner, and already, i am so disappointed with it. first off, the tip is felt and much thicker than a thin brush tip, making it less accurate and precise for those sharp wing looks. secondly, after only 2 hours, i noticed that the eyeliner has started to bleed, smudge, and the outer corners have started to wipe off. after a full 8 hour day at work, my eyeliner has smudged at the wing (i did not touch it with my fingers) and there are flecks of dry eyeliner around my eyes. i have NEVER had this problem with the dollywink or kiss me heroine eyeliners.i am overall very disappointed with this eyeliner. i will be tossing this out and just sticking with the japanese eyeliners i know and love.

Finally an actual non-smudging eyeliner! I’ve tried quite a few ranging from drugstore to more high end. I used to use KVD liquid liner but it started smudging on me too. Not sure if it was a formula change or what.Anyway, most liners whether they are liquid or pencil tend to give me raccoon eyes by the end of the day, some quicker than others. This liner had no smudging one day, and on a different day I had some sliiiight and very light smudging by the end of an 8 hour work day where I’d been a bit more active, so overall this is a total win!My only complaint is I got the felt tip and while that makes it quick and easy to do my liner, it does feel a tiny bit rough and doesn’t always equal the smoothest line on my lid (though that could just be me). I may try CLIO’s brush tip version later on. I ordered direct from CLUBCLIO so I know the product is legit
