Does the circle on top have a function? An odor filter or bottle disposal? I hope there’s not just a circle there for no reason.

There is a circle for no reason but I like it. :)

Does this contain lead?

I doubt it, do you plan on licking it? No paint has flaked off and it gets bumped with my moms walker all the time!

All the reviews i am seeing are from vine reviewers. are these really impartial reviews? i'm unfamiliar with how that works.

I have this item and the reviews are pretty accurate.
