Best Psyllium Supplement I've Tried
The product is exactly what it's called. It's just psyllium husk powder without anything extra added. I typically consume it by mixing a spoonful (I don't measure out how much but it's probably about one tablespoon) with a half a glass of water (about 1 cup/8 oz). I like cold water best when taking this supplement. Also be sure to consume the mixture quickly since the psyllium will absorb the water and get to be a gloopy, gelatinous ooze if you let it sit for too long. Typically, you'll see results in the form of excellent bowel movements in 24 hours or less.I've tried psyllium husk pills before but was let down by their effectiveness compared to this powder and the number of pills you have to take in a day. The pills typically recommend taking three in a day whereas you can get away with one glass of this powder mixture, which is much more conducive to getting the proper fiber supplementation. I typically found that I'd forget to take a pill midday but had no problem remembering to take a single glass of this powder before breakfast.Pros:Excellent ResultsWorks within 24 hoursEconomical compared to pillsNot extra flavors, colors, or preservativesCons:The natural taste of psyllium husk isn't great since there is no flavoring in this product

Best value for the money!
I recently purchased an "organic" fiber powder, and it came with a cancer warning label, so I switched to this stuff. No warning label! It's great! The health benefits really weigh out the only con of the taste. American diets tend to lack fiber, and this is a perfect way to get it in. The first day I started taking it, I noticed more movement which of course is the goal of this product. It's really effective if you take around 3 teaspoons a day. The value for the money is one I can't complain about. Not to mention this is a one ingredient product so no extra added nonsense. The only con I have with this is the taste. But I usually mix it in a bottle of water with my electrolytes and down it, so the taste isn't too bad. On its own though, it's not very palatable. It doesn't dissolve but it doesn't clump together either. This hasn't caused bloating for me, of course everyone is different. But it 100% does the job that it's supposed to do. I will definitely be purchasing again!

Good product
Good product, I mix with cup of water and mix it well, and drink it right away, it does not taste good but it's not so bad, it taste like dried up corn husk and a bit like fish pond water, good for constipation..Its important to drink it the same time of day everyday. For me it's in the morning, before coffee and eating. I pooped this morning and I didn't have straining, it came out smoothly very nice thank you

AMAZING stuff, but fair warning... it's gross
I like that this is a simple powder with a small serving size (1 tsp) that still has 4 g of insoluble fiber. I looked everywhere for something comparable, and I haven't found anything that meets the nutrition facts. This was important to me, as other brands/capsules don't have that much insoluble fiber OR require you to take like 6+ horse pills a day... pass. That being said, this stuff really does taste like dirt and it doesn't dissolve (as advertised). Kudos to folks in the reviews saying they can chug their glass of water and move on with their day. I wanted to vomit every time I tried that.I was able to do what someone else here recommended, which was stirring it into another powder they put in their daily drink (for me, that's collagen I mix into my morning tea). I mixed the 2 powders together with a fork, then mixed that really good into my tea, then kept mixing it as the tea cooled/as I drank it. Yes, you will still get tiny clumps, and yes, at the very end you kind of have to chug whatever dregs are left at the bottom. But A) it doesn't taste nearly as bad, and B) it's much easier to chug the last 2 sips of flavored, mostly dissolved tea than an 8 oz glass of dirt.

Surprisingly Versatile – Even My Dog Benefits from It!
I originally picked up It’s Just! Psyllium Husk Powder for myself, but I quickly realized how versatile it is—and now even my dog gets a sprinkle in his meals. The powder is super finely ground, which makes it easy to mix into just about anything. For me, it blends smoothly into smoothies and yogurt without clumping, and for my pup, it mixes right into his kibble so well that he doesn’t even notice it’s there. No fuss, no mess—just an easy boost of fiber. The difference has been noticeable on both ends (literally!). For me, it’s meant better regularity and less bloating, and for my dog, it’s been a gentle way to keep his digestion on track. I love knowing it’s pure, clean, and free from additives—simple ingredients I can trust for both of us.I’ve even used it in baking—my keto breads and wraps have a better texture and hold together so much nicer now. This little bag really stretches far, which makes it an excellent value for how many uses it has. This product has become a daily staple in our household, for both human and canine health. If Amazon Vine ever invites me to review more wellness products, I’d be thrilled to share thoughtful, detailed, and honest feedback just like this—because when something works this well, people (and pets!) deserve to know.

Affordable
The taste wasn’t horrible. Pretty bland. I mixed it with 8oz of water and stirred. It said drink fast because it doesn’t mix well, so I did. Immediate gas and it triggered my acid reflux bad. It says to drink alot of water but I had to drink about 32 ounces afterwards to calm my acid reflux. I then went to the movies and ate almost a bucket of popcorn and an entire bag of candy. Def didn’t make me full afterwards 🤣So it’s affordable, you get a lot for $10, no sugar, easy to swallow but triggers acid reflux. Not sure if I want to try it again. I heard they’re putting it in yogurt instead of water.
