    Another big winner for Marti Jo coloring books!

I have looked at this series of Marti Jo books several times. I am sorry that it has taken me this long to order them. As I was taking this book apart I started setting aside "do me first" pages. I have a lot of them! Judging by how long it is taking for my first page I am putting this book in my one to two hour per page group. There is a lot of detail but no teeny tiny spaces.  A few pages have dark heavy lines which I normaly avoid but tthe ones in this book dont bother me. Some are even in the "firsts" group. Looking forward to many hours of coloring fun from this one!

The designs are nice enough but it always bugs me when a colouring book doesn't have perforated edges. Makes it hard to remove pages without tearing or damaging them, and leaving them in the book while colouring them can lead to bleeding and damaging the page behind or sometimes even more depending on the absorption of the pages.

Overstated a bit but OK for the price. These are advertised as advance mandalas and maybe 1/3 of them could meet that criteria.  Some could be done with beginner crayolas.  Many designs are repeated frequently among the books and lots of overly repetitive patterns on a lot of them.  The paper is similar to newsprint but adequate.
