So happy with this set after doing a lot of research and checking tons of reviews for other ones I’m glad I chose these super comfortable and soft you will not be disappointed

So I had a new bed delivered today. I went from five inches to 13 inches. (I know — “mazel tov.”)Obviously I washed these first. They came out of the dryer without a great deal of wrinkling (I refuse to iron sheets). I like damask sheets because they are easier to orient on a queen-size bed. The stripes go the long way. I have similar sheets from Macy's that I paid almost double for so these are a good value.I ordered blue and the color is beautiful. Very rich with an over-dyed effect. The feel is quite satiny.The generously sized fitted sheet went on with no struggle whatsoever. Elastic all around but it could be a tad tighter. I am pretty sure that you could go up to a 14 inch mattress without a problem. I do wish that the top sheet were about an inch longer. Perhaps that is because I am accustomed to the extra eight inches of fabric with a thinner mattress.So to sum it up: Good feel, good fit, good color — Good sheets.

I appreciate everyone who writes reviews because they are such a great help me in deciding from the many options available. My set of Thomas Lee cotton sheets purchased for over $200 (worth every penny) finally wore out after nearly weekly washing for 7 years and I didn't want to spend that much this time. I bought a set of king-size "pure white" sheets for $60.99 and this is my honest review, I've had these new California Design Den sheets for a few weeks and have washed them twice. For $61, so far they have exceeded my expectations. Unlike some other reviewers, honestly I didn't notice any odor (I did wash before using but didn't notice anything before washing) and I think they are very soft (even without using baking soda or vinegar in the rinse water.) I never have good success with discount sheet sets because they claim to be over-sized but aren't, really - but in this sheet set the flat sheet is a few inches larger all around than most other flat sheets which is great, and the fitted sheet fits our mattress very well. Although wrinkles wouldn't really bother me, I don't notice many wrinkles after drying them in the dryer as I remove them right after it stops and put them on the bed. I'm quite happy with this set of sheets so far, and provided they continue to fit nicely after many more washings and dryings - I will buy another set.

I have been searching for a set of sheets for about a year now and haven’t bought any because I was worried that the quality would not match the cost and that is exactly what happened with this set. Why is it so hard to find good sheets? Why do companies market their products as having top quality when they really do not? Do they think the consumer won’t notice?The sheets are just ok. I have found much better sheets at stores like Ross for less than $20. Take my word that the sheets are thin, NOT super soft and even a tad scratchy, and after the first wash (which I carefully did exactly as the instructions said) the seams were already coming undone!!! Yes! After washing only one time and not using them even once.....the seams were splitting apart! I am returning because they will not come close to providing the comfort I was looking for and the quality is not worth $70. I received them last night, washed them this morning and they are ALREADY STARTING TO FALL APART!

We purchased the blue color king-size set. Very pleased with the quality of all the contents. As advertised it is 100% cotton and we can easily feel the difference. It is also warm and cozy and thick/sturdy enough to last long after many laundry washes. Mattress cover is generously sized and we were able to wrap it around our king size mattress. All the pieces immediately gave classy look & feel to our bed.Wish we had more color options to purchase. Hopefully seller will add more colors in future.

I had similar sheets from a few years ago that were extremely comfortable. I thought these were the same ones so I didn't pay much attention to them and I discarded the packaging before I put them on my bed. I had to take them off my bed in the middle of the night because I was itchy and could not sleep. I don't have skin problems and this has never happened to me before. These don't seem to be the ones described. Wish I still had the packaging.

First impression: •The box was open from the bottom it's just a weak box•The sheets are well packed in a plastic bag•They feel soft to the hand touch•They don’t smell like anything in particular just like new I guess

I wanted to like these so much because the thread count(500) is my minimum that I prefer to be comfortable in sleep and the company ethics read to be very high standards(and that was very important to me.It's the reason for the extra star). However, I washed them and used fabric softener -but no dice. They are so dry/textured-like, rough (weave/ material) and uncomfortable.My skin could feel the rough texture of the fabric,which is shocking because they're supposed to be 500 count and Sateen. My 500ct Queen Sateen set from Walmart,by Better Homes and Garden, was the same price as these AND WAY softer.Also, the description says these were supposed to be Sateen, there's no way because I've had many Sateen sheets from different companies and theses do not feel like Sateen weave at all.I'm bummed out,I really support what this company believes in but unfortunately the quality of sheets was just not there for me. On the flip side: the PRO'S are:#1 they are labeled nicely to help you easily/quickly find the head/foot side of the fitted sheet #2 They fit my big fluffy queen size pillow-top mattress(16" or 18",i can't remember which one I have) #3 The fitted sheet didn't slip off the edges of my mattress one bit #4 I bought the Lt.Grey color in Damask pattern,very nice looking(except for how badly the wrinkles look.Wrinkled pillow cases even, just a no for me). I returned my set the next day.

There is nothing to dislike about these sheets. They arrive beautifully packaged and presented. They have a wonderful soft feel them. When you put them onto the bed they fit beautifully. The top sheet has a generous drop. It has a long length which allows it to be tucked in and turned back. The pillowcases are a generous size. The sheets are hemmed all the way around with a half inch hem. There is a wide hem at the top. The fitted sheet has a tag indicating top and bottom which is really handy for queen sized sheets. They wash like a dream and feel wonderful to sleep in. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

For the price, you won't get better than this.These bedsheets breathe, they are very soft (and keep their softness over time).They came in well packed, with no defects, and they are holding up very well for now, and for a long time, I expect.I have compared them with pricier bedsheet sets and they are at least as good. They do wrinkle a little, but I think this is to be expected with this kind of fabric. Very satisfied with my purchase.I hope this review has been helpful. I got these sheets for my daughter to go to university withI washed them before we put them on the bed and they came out very wrinkle freeThey are a nice textureAnd she reports that they’re very nice to sleep in

I love the dark grey color, one side of the sheet has a really nice shine/sheen to it and they match the charcoal headboard and grey frame of my bed. As for comfort they are not bad, different than a low thread count sheet but not necessarily more comfortable, about the same comfort level just different. The thickness of these sheets is perfect and my skin can breath when I have them covering me. I also own high thread count polyester sheets and these are definitely better, cotton is king! A tad expensive but I don't feel ripped off, overall I am happy with them.

These sheets are soft, comfortable and beautiful. The only reason I have not given the five stars for now, is because I need to see how long they will last. I've had sets in the past which begin to tear in the wash early but I'm hoping these will not do that. They were well worth the cost for a 500 thread count sheet. The colour is a real Ivory and matches my new comforter set. They also fit very well in the corners over my deep mattress. If they don't tear after a year, I will definitely reorder. They are called California Design, but they are made in India. My other high thread count sheets which began to tear early were made in China. I think that may make the difference.
