Ordered months ago keeps getting pushed back was suppose to get today but it got pushed back again any reason this keeps happening?

Usually means whoever you ordered the figure from hasn't acquired it yet from the seller he/she is getting it from. You can always ask the seller questions for more info on the situation.

Was thia even available for preorder? I see it is currently unavailable but it has stated that since the moment it was "released"
